			Lorenzo is Sonny's Enemy. Related to his Luis Alcazar (sonny's enemy). Lorenzo falls in love with Carly after kidnapping her away from Ric's panic room. He treats her with respect always allowing her to walk around the yacht. He even takes her to a hospital when she has cramping. Carly escapes from Lorenzo, and Lorenzo ends up with Courtney Matthews Morgan, Sonny's little sister who was also pregnant. Unfortunantely Courtney doesn't trust Lorenzo and does not stay in her room during a storm and jumps into the water thereby eventually having a miscarriage. Lorenzo helps Carly when she goes into Labor at her new home that Sonny bought her. Sonny comes to the rescue too yet when he sees Carly screaming and Lorenzo being near her not knowing that she was in labor he shoots Lorenzo in the back and the bullet hits Carly as well in the side of her head. She becomes unconscious. Later while she is in a coma she dreams of falling in love with Lorenzo and never having been married to Sonny. Lorenzo continues to visit her while she is in a coma. Sonny is distraught after having shot Carly. When Carly awakes she feels nothing for the people in her life, including her husband and children. She feels a connetion to Lorenzo because in her dreams she was married to himi and was pregnent with his child. Long story short, Faith tries to think Carly is going Crazy and places her in an insane assylum. Lorenzo rescues her and takes her back to his place. He doesn't sleep with her but takes care of her by giving her a bath. All awhile Sonny is away conducting business and later is stranded on an island with Jasper Jacks and Sam McCall.
