Welcome to
Generic Computers Co.

We are dedicated in customer satisfaction. We guarantee it. We are a all around computer business. We go into great detail on each and every computer we work on.

1. The first thing we will do for you is to find out what you wish in your computer. May it be for gaming, home/ business use or just surfing the web. We will also fix existing problems with all ready built systems.

2. We will check our many manuals to insure there are no conflicts in the products you wish to have installed or research existing problems.

We will  Research our vast technical manuals to insure that there are no conflicts or to fix existing ones is $10 an hour up to $50. Even if the research takes 8 hours, the maximum charged is $50.
You need to know that there are two type of computers that are built. They are propriatary and non-propiatary. I will explain the differances.

Proprietary computers are those that are offered by companies, such as Gateway, Compaq, and Dell. With these type of computers, you have to use their products in order to upgrade or updater your computer. May it be hardware such as a DVD player or programes that come with the computer. They have to be purchased through the appropriate company. This can cause delay in computer use and extra charges in shipping and handeling to send  your system into the company.

Non-Proprietary computers are computers that use generic componets. This is more cost effective way to build a computer. You can use generic parts that do the exact same thing as the most well known products that cost 3X more than generic componets. Many generic componets are made for well known manufacturers that have their names stamped on them. Just the name costs you more money.

So to save you as money as possible, we can build you a great computer system to meet your needs at a price lower than mass manufacturer of computers.
3. Starting out with the best case possible to ensure your your hardware is protected as much as possible or to meet your special needs. Even if  you already have an exsiting computer problem, the cost is $45 for the first hour and $55 for each hour after that.

4. We will add each item your requested for a custom built. Easch componet will be verified for function and to insure there are no conflicts. This will increase the speed of your computer. We will never let a computer leave our shop unless all componets are working correctly within manufacturer's specifications.
