At first when I looked back at the year 2000ce it appeared to be one of the my best years ever. I was financially stable for a change w/ out any major money worries. I lived someplace where the decision to move would be solely in my hands so I felt more secure than I had in a long time. Though I didn't start exercising as I had hoped I did meet my goal of enjoying the available arts here in town more than ever before. I also had medical problems that I iether had had for sometime or croped up in Y2K that I was better prepared to take care of both mentally and financially.
Some of the things that I would like to do in addition to continueing in the same vein as in Y2K is to enjoy the arts here with a larger variety of my friends than I did in Y2K. There are several friends whose company I enjoy that I haven't spent much if any time with.
On about my time off. I didn't do much of anything on my last four day weekend and decided to try to get more accomplished this weekend. So Yesterday I started to work on repainting my bathroom. They completely repainted my place before I moved in. But they did an unbelievebly bad job. They painted every serface in the bath except for the toilet and miror face. They even painted the bath suround and bathtub. I haven't figured out how to take the paint off my tub or sink but already the paint is pealing on my celling. So this week end I am scraping the celling and walls. washing them and priming. I hope to have time on Sunday to finish with a fresh coat of paint. I''m leaving the upper half of the walls and the celling white and painting the lower half a very light gray. This is not something I am particularly good or fast at so it will take most of the weekend if I get it done this weekend at all.
Now I will have to quit writing so i can take out the trash and start some laundry. Later.
