Long time no speak to everyone! Apologies for the lack of new recipies but Ive been away doing exciting things like breaking legs, catching chicken pox and coping out of the Loch Ness Matathon at mile 16 wailing that I just couldnt go on. (woose!)
Anyway thats enough about me and my excuses, Im under strict instructions from the Boss to write down one of these recipies before I die otherwise there he will be banging on the coffin lid or contacting a psychic to get it, along with one of his mates (Hi Mark). So I hope you all enjoy THAI SPICY COCONUT AND NOODLE SOUP.
Another soup that Im on pain of death to write down the recipe is my SPICY BEAN MINESTRONE. Be assured It is nothing like most supermarket minestrones. (No prizes for anyone who has noticed a recurring theme to my soup!) However the ingredients do owe a huge thank you to a certain supermarket chain. Youre  impressed.........youre in ..ahem..
Grim warning about the Coconut soup though, taste trials have shown that second helpings are often wanted. Third helpings should be avoided though, unless you want a wind powered Bike.

Trail Mix
The third recipe I'll put in could basically be titled 'a more interesting way to eat those energy bars that help you work rest and play' , but I'll call them MARTIAN CRUNCHIES. If you own any small children employ them in making them (make the little monsters earn their keep for once) the small hands are good for getting things well mixed.
ANOTHER grim warning, do not feed these to dogs, the reasons are too yukky for a family website.

A reminder to anyone who wants to
mail me with reviews, recipes of their own and general comments, queries and critisizms send. Just click on the link, but please, be nice.

FINALLY.......I need your help. The Boss has been persuaded of the bike and we are running the Edinburgh Marathon for
Epilepsy Scotland if you are interested in sponsoring us contact me on the 'mail me' link above.
