03-08-03 Trying for the trifecta of racing this week-end. 3 dragstrips in less than 24 hours....started at Benton,Mo a little after noon on Saturday.   Stayed a couple of hours then journeyed south to Sikeston.  Lots of cars I hadn't seen before were on hand.  St. Louis isn't racing yet and some of these folkes were from that area.  Tracks looked good at both Benton and Sikeston.  Headed to George Ray's around 9 am Sunday.

BENTON

SIKESTON Someone had a brake lock up and ran over the 60 ft cone.  Gator fixed it.

Cool little kit car.  Owner fabricated the front cowl.
