	Article 1 - Enforcement of the Rules

	1. Majors, if op-ed, Commanders, and Generals can enforce these Rules by 
warning kick. Commanders and Generals can place temp bans only. Further 
continuations will call in effect a demotion, ban, or the effects of Article 2, 
Section 3.

	2. Any one General may deduct one point a member per day for an offense. 
Two generals can deduct five points, if there has been warning or previous 
deduction of points of that member.

	3. Any member not a General or Commander can be forced to quit with at 
least 13 vote points.


	Article 2 - Promotion and Demotion

	1. 9 votes are needed, with one day notice, to promote or demote any 
member one rank. Another promotion of the member cannot take place until a week 
has passed.

	2. A Trainee must attack in three scored missions before promotion.

	3. 9 votes can start an impeachment of a General with a proper hearing. 20 
vote points will pass the resolution, and the member can stay as a Lieutenant, 
or leave permanently.

	4. A Commander can be forced to quit or change to Lieutenant.
17 vote points are needed to pass.

	5. Op power and seats per rank is as follows:
		General		3 only, sop power
		Commander		5 only, aop power
		Major 		may have op power
		Corporal		(not in effect)
		Lieutenant		never an op
		Trainee		never an op
		recruit		does not even get to be capitalized

	6. When counting votes, vote points are as follows:
		General		5 vote points each or -2 points, if disagree
		Commander		3 vote points each or -1 points, if disagree
		Major			1 vote point each, no negative, if disagree
		recruit, Trainee, or Lieutenant votes are not counted
	Any member that can cast points may choose to cast zero points. The points 
of the member must be a choice above or stated in previous sentence.


	Article 3 - Attacking and Scoring

	1. Attacks will be on offensive or advertised channels only. When 
attacking, Corps members must not swear at an op, ask for op power or voice, ask 
for a ban or kick, flood, use a popup, nor have a nick that is offensive or 
against the chan rules. Swearing is only permitted until a notice from an op 
says that it is against their rules or the channel rules stated in the topic or 
greeting message says that there is no swearing.

	2. All attacks of the Annoyance Corps will consist of no less than four 
members, except for training missions. The command to start the attack can be 
given by a General or Commander when no General is present.

	3. Points are awarded to each successful ban as follows: 
	1st banned - three pts; 2nd banned - two pts; 3rd banned - one pt
	If the first person banned has a time gap of over two minutes before the 
second person, it is the current Reporter's discretion if the member will gain 
five points, instead of the normal three.

	4. Scorekeeping will be done by a General, who is appointed at the 
beginning of the session. The scores will be confirmed or corrected by the 
Reporter in the report. If the scores in the report are under question, an 
explanation of the new scores must be given. If 19 vote points are cast in favor 
or everyone in the attack under question votes affirmative, the scores of that 
attack will be edited, and reported edited. This will be the official score.

	5. Any member of the Annoyance Corps who is voiced in the offending 
channel for more than two minutes is deducted one point. Any member who is op-ed 
for two minutes is deducted five points. However, if that member successfully 
kicks more than two nonmember ops, the points will not be deducted; rather, they 
will receive five points PLUS any given from being banned.


	Article 4 - Reporting

	1. Only the Generals can appoint a Reporter that of a Major or above. The 
Reporter must be in every attack, and accurately report what had happened. The 
report must be finished within a 24-hour period from the last attack of that 
session and be submitted for public viewing. Format of the report must be the 
same as the preceding report.

	2. The Reporter is a Reporter until an official attack is being planned, 
and the Reporter is not present, or the Reporter wishes to quit being a Reporter 
for the session. There has to be a Reporter in any official attack.


	Article 5 - Quits and Vacancies

	1. If any member quits without due notice, they will not be allowed to 
join again. If a member needs a break from responsibility, members of the same 
rank will gain the member's responsibilities for up to a week. If a vacancy is 
formed in either the Commander or General seat, the most veteran will gain that 
seat.


	Article 6 - Addition of Members and Amendments

	1. Additional members will be reviewed by the Generals ONLY. Commanders 
can search for members in a non-lame way. One General must review the 
Commander's opinion of the recruit and the recruit itself. The new member will 
receive a name that the member will be used in reports. Commanders can train the 
trainees.
	2. After acceptance of these Rules, amendments will be decided on by a 
conference of all three Generals. Amendments must be made clear to other members 
before they are in affect. Suggestions of changes by Lieutenants or above will 
be heard only before or after a session of attacks.
