CHAMPION OF STRONGEST-K: Kengo Mashimo (c) vs JOE

Now for recapping, starting from Korakuen:
- Tonai reported in his blog that Takizawa was looking strong and had not lost anything from his injury. Randy Takuya was seen for the first time in a long time as well (since winning the K-METAL League this year), acting as a second and a ring attendant. He is hoping to return soon.
- Match three saw Omega try to recruit Mr.X again, Asahi handing X a T-Shirt but X refused. Asahi tried again later in the match, handing Mr.X a chair to hit PSYCHO, but Mr.X refused and swung at Asahi, but Asahi avoided it, meaning Mr.X hit PSYCHO, leading to defeat.
- In what turned out to be a match of Omega Stick vs Lightning Sword, Raito and his Lightning Sword were successful in the first defense of his second reign with the UWA World Middleweight Title. There was plenty of interference in the match by Omega, which lead to Raito snapping and attacking them all with a cane. Ishizaka came up to Raito after the match and challenged Raito, saying he would abuse his justice, which annoyed Raito and Raito attacked him with the Bamboo Sword. Raito accepted Ishizaka's challenge, however the officials have not made the match as of yet.
- Hino vs Inematsu went as expected, violent and hate filled, the two brawling around Korakuen. As the match went on, Inematsu started gaining momentum but Hino's power eventually overwhelmed him for the second time in the last couple of weeks. Hino demanded that Inematsu keep his promise, Inematsu looked hatefully at Hino before officially disbanding New Standard after two years of existance.
- The main event was another intense battle between Mashimo & co and Team Handsome. Madoka fought with heart, surviving some Super Pump Kicks, but in the end, he could not hold on, the new champions failing in their first defense of the tag titles. JOE said that now that they have secured the tag titles, he would surely beat Mashimo. Hino appeared on the ramp and said that he wanted to challenge Mashimo too and suggested a three way, Mashimo rejected this and nominated JOE as the challenger. Hino will most likely get the next shot at Korakuen in January after his recent dominant form.

News from 11/10 Bluefield:
- Daigoro Kashiwa was in a rage at the state of KASHIWA DOJO on his return from Osaka Pro. He put the stipulation that if Kawasaki lost, he would be fired from the group as Kashiwa never actually agreed to his joining. Kawasaki lost and was thus removed from the group. Kashiwa was also displeased with Yamagata who he left KASHIWA DOJO too, Kashiwa forgetting that she never actually accepted...
- The two loners from Korakuen, Mr.X and Inematsu battled, Inematsu still in a state of shock after losing to Hino. Oishi and Asahi appeared after the match and invited Mr.X once again, asking if Mr.X's motion of illusion was clear. Mr.X responded that he will call for Asahi when he has a full answer and that he should not visit him until then. Asahi bowed to him and requested he make a choice soon.
- JOE conceded that Team HANDSOME was completely defeated by Omega, but said he would not be defeated on 12/1. Madoka came down and said he wanted to challenge TAKA for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag titles if they were successful in their next defense.

From 11/17 Bluefield:
- Kashiwa fought with rage against Yamagata for abandoning her never accepted post in KASHIWA Dojo. He continued to attack after the match with Inematsu making the save. The duo officially went their seperate ways, Yamagata thanking Inematsu for everything from the bottom of her heart. Ishizaka and Miyuki started giggling. Kashiwa was still furious, saying that KASHIWA DOJO was disintergrating and that a savior must appear to save it...
- Ryota Chikuzen announced he was retiring from K-DOJO on 12/15, he said that before he retires, he wants to face KAZMA one last time in a singles match. Chikuzen said he felt very bad and learnt everything he knows in Chiba, but he wants to help out in Kyushu (I am assuming he is going to join a group there or start something).

- This marked Kawasaki's first 3000 show. He wore a specially red dyed KASHIWA DOJO T-Shirt as he was recruited by Miyuki.
- Harada was very impressive on K-DOJO debut, overpowering Asahi and Oishi numerous times. Raito once again defeated Oishi and is now the heavy favourite to win at Korakuen.
- Omega tried to recruit Mr.X again after the match, offering him a T-Shirt. PSYCHO also extended his hand to Mr.X but before Mr.X could do anything, Oishi attacked PSYCHO with the Omega Stick. Mr.X said he would make his intentions clear at Korakuen.
- Hino's one sided war with his former allies continued with a comprehensive victory over Inematsu. However, there was plenty of Omega interference and in a rage, Inematsu demanded a special match where New Standard was on the line, but so was Hino's respect. See below the Korakuen card for details.

UPCOMING CARDS:

Just a note, K-DOJO released their Korakuen schedule for next year. There will be 4 shows, 1/6, 4/13, 9/14, 11/3. That is one less than this year (missing is the STRONGEST-K final August one), meaning that either they will run the tournament until September or they may be returning to Ariake at some point next year.
