Homemade Winch Mount
The winch mount for the Warn XD9000i was made out of 3/8" and 1/4" steel plate. Grade 8, 1/2" dia. bolts were used to mount it to the factory holes on the frame. Next 2 pics show fitted welded base.
Shackle mounts, light tabs, and roller fairlead installed.
The finished mount with winch, 150watt KC lights, and shackles.
