1364 DR (Year of the Wave)
Lord Uthlain inherits his position from his father, Lord Uthrain. The elder lord is killed in a hunting accident initially blamed on the rangers of the Forest of Lethyr. A group of adventurers tracks down the real killers, servants of the Shadowmasters who hoped to destabilize Uthmere.
1368 DR (Year of the Banner)
A strange plague sweeps through the Forest of Lethyr, destroying the minds of many treants and reducing them to mere trees.
Lord Uthrain grants a charter to the Church of Tyr, which is soon proclaimed the patron diety of Uthmere. Work begins on expanding and improving the current temple that sits immediately outside the lord's palace. The temple is rededicated as "The Hall of Brilliant Justice" by the end of the year.
1369 DR (Year of the Gauntlet)
Increased eastward trade inspires merchants from other countries to establish outposts in Rashemen. One group of settlers are shield dwarves. The local Rashemi welcome the dwarves after testing their ability to forge, fight, and drink.
1370 DR (Year of the Tankard)
An adventuring party enters Clymph Tower with the aim of destroying its demons. They are never heard from again.
With the permission of Lord Uthrain, Thay establishes a small enclave in Uthmere in the Merchant's Ward.
1371 DR (Year of the Unstrung Harp)
The druids of the Forest of Lethyr withdraw from public view.
1372 DR (Year of Wild Magic)
Hammer
- The City of Shade Appears in the Realms above Anaurauch, the Great Desert
Midwinter: The return of Bane, the dread god of Tyrranny, puts the Realms on alert for any news of Banite activity.
Ches
- Wild storms and erratic weather affect most of the Realms. Entire nations are crippled as their crops are destroyed by severe floods, storms, and damaging winds. The specter of famine begins to worry many across the land.
Mirtul
- Armies march in the Western Heartlands. Rumors of battles involving hundreds of dragons are heard in taverns across the land.
- 27: The Cormyrian city of Tilverton is obliterated, leaving little more than a rubble-filled crater. The cause is a mystery.
Kythorn
- 18: The city of Keelbast in Impiltur suffers a terrible calamity as one-third of the city's sewer system collapses. The resulting crater is immediately flooded by the Easting Reach. Thousands are killed and refugees flee to nearby cities seeking refuge.
