| Ectoplasm,or more commonly called Ecto, is a cloudy, foggy mist that is not ordinarily visible with the naked eye when a photo is taken. It displays a swirling effect, and seems to travel in a pattern generated of it's own will. It is believed that a spirit will take on this form before appearing as an apparition, and is more common outdoors than indoors. |
| ~SPECIAL NOTE~ Cigarrette smoke is often mistaken for ectoplasm, so if you are hunting for Ecto, never smoke while taking paranormal pictures. This will eliminate the possibility of "faked or false positive photos." |
