About me:
This person you see here is a total fool. Maybe you will think that I am Chinese by my Oriental appearance, but let say I am not totally a Chinese. I am born in the Netherlands. My Parents are from Malaysia and my grandparents are from China. So, let's say I am a oversea Malaysian Dutch Chinese. Or something like that. But still I will say that my roots are from China. hahahaha, a Chinese never been to China before.

Anyways, I think I have been talking bullshit.Let's talk about what I do. Like many people of my age, I am still a student, currently I am studying Nursing developments. But my goal is Psychology. In my spare time I often will go to the Chinese Buddhist Temple in Amsterdam. Fo Guang Shan, He Hua Temple. Yes, I am a buddhist. Let's say I practice Buddhism. Because Buddhism is a way of life. Finding answers of life and most important of all, try to overcome sufferings in life. Luckly, I live in a Western Heavenly world, which sufferings are really rare. But still there are some obstacles in my daily life which Buddhism can do some good. Now you might think that I am some kind of religous Osama Bin Guano, but luckly I am not that fanatic as this sterotype.

In the summer and my 'spare spare'  time I will go out and run the game. Basketball is my second favourite thing to do in my spare time. As I grew up on the streets in my youth I often will use a soccerball to fly to the hoop. After a while I became a basketbalplayer. This game started 4 years ago, in College. A couple of friends of mine started to play the game. So my best friend and I started to practice on the streets in town and we became some good friends with basketball too. On the picture you see my beloved basketball, unfortunately I lost my ball in Paris. I miss him all day long.. hehehehe...

Next to all the fun I have the oppertunity to write some Dharma Messages on the internet too. I really love to this, writing reflections of situations where I have been into. And from this I will try to find a way to overcome different situations in a Buddhist or Scientific, Western way.

Just for now I presents you a POEM that I really admire  much.

"Peace is every step
The shining red sun is my heart.
Each flower smiles with me.
How green, how fresh all that grows.
How cool the wind blows.
Peace is every step.
It turns the endless path to joy."

So you can interpret a lot of different meanings from this poem, but from my view it's all about having peace in ourselves. And not some political peace from results war, winning/losing.
War is what every day is happening, so inviting peace in our daily life is very important. So every step that we take must be peacefull. Everything we do must be in peacefull state

So, I think I have pretty introduced myself now. There are somethings I have to say more about how I, myself became myself as this self. So, if you are interested into more what I am, please enter the next page... OWWWW, By the way, my name is Huang-Guan Her, people call me Guan.... Ciao for now!!!!
