They lived around McAlester, OK. He was 21 when he married Mary Crenshaw. Mary was under 18. Info from marriage license in possession of Mel Bias, their grandson.

According to family stories one of Edd's children married a man who killed her and somehoe ground her up in a garbage disposal. I'm trying to find the newspaper article about this.

He married (2) MABEL HELEN BYRD 1933, daughter of MARTIN BYRD and IVA JONES. She was born June 23, 1917 in Tiawah, OK.

Holiness preacher in OK. Info on this line from his son, Mel Bias, in OK. Info. about him from death certificate. Died of traumatic cerebral hemorage. Helen and Sherman were divorced in San Francisco in 1946. This came from a letter to Mel Bias from Mary belle Blanco, Sherman's sister.

No children with Katherine.

Lef the family in Portland, OR. She was a welder at the shipyards in Oregon. Two kids were shipped back to her mother's. Divorced in San Francisco. Married _____ in Richmond, CA in 1948, divorced in Pittsburg, CA in 1951.
