You know, that's a very good question. To tell the truth, we are such a new enterprise that we haven't really given this a lot of detailed thought. I can tell you about our thoughts so far:

What we Expect a Branch to Do:

• Hold regular (monthly? quarterly?) get-togethers to support their members and hold a Service, if desired;
• Encourage the Education of the Populace on the Subjects of Debauchery and Joy;
• Serve as "Shining" examples of the Order.
(no matter how much tinfoil and spray paint you have to use!)

What we Expect of the People who Wish to Start Branches:

• Be an enthusiastic and educated member of the Order (Confirmed), and excited at the prospect of helping to spread it;
• Be willing to represent the Order to others
(maybe even the media), and the ability to do so well;
• Be willing to do the work required to put together a chapter of the Order.

Needless to say, we're probably gonna be pretty picky about the people we ally ourselves with; but that doesn't mean that we're pains about it. We just want to be able to say with confidence that our congregation in ______ is in good hands; so before we hand out any titles or power (people in charge of branches will probably be named Elders), we'd like to get to know you first.
