| Ray Gilbert Gray Court Danny Ray Gilbert, 55, of 4718 Fairview Road, husband of Freda Yvonne Evatt Gilbert, died Friday, June 11, 2004. Born in Anderson, he was a son of Robert F. Gilbert, Sr. and the late Ruth Gilbert Robinson. He was formerly employed by Michelin for 17 years and was a member of Community Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of the home; father, of Anderson; daughters, Pam Smith of Dacusville, Angie Spearman of Liberty, Missy Krieger of Powdersville, Angie Smith of Hickory Tavern; son Michael Blackstone of Gray Court; brother Robert F. Gilbert, Jr. of Anderson; sisters Belinda Dorsey, Elaine Motes, both of Anderson; and eleven grandchildren. Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Monday at Gray Mortuary Chapel, Pelzer by the Rev. Leslie Ballinger and the Rev. Kerry Edwards. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home and will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
