Unless I am given a direct assignment, I am not a good essay person. It comes easily to me, but it is much more natural to jot down a poem in my journal than it is for me to pour over an essay. However, some of these are inspired by my muse, just written for my personal pleasure. Others were actually written as editorials for the newspaper which I headed up this year and am co-editor of. There aren’t very many so far, but I hope to continue to add to this section. –Caity
