I, MARY T. KREBS, declare I am also known as MARJORIE MAIN, I was born February 24, 1890 and I am a resident of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, of sound and disposing mind and memory, not action under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence, and fully cognizant of the property of which I am possessed and the persons to whom I owe recognition; and I hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:
FIRST: Former Wills and Codicils: I revoke all former Wills and Codicils to Wills by me made.
SECOND: Family: I declare that I had no child; my husband, Dr. Stanley LaFevre Krebs, and my parents have died; I had no brother or sister except my brother, Samuel Tomlinson, who has died and has no descendant; I had no uncle or aunt except my mother's brother, Dr. Samuel McGaughey who has died and has no living children excepting his son WILLIAM H. MCGAUGHEY, who resides at 131 Guilford Road, Bloomsfield Hills, Michigan, his son, JOHN MCGAUGHEY, and his daughter, MRS. E. A. MCILLEVAIN who resides at 90 W. Sumner Street, Martinsville, Indiana; my father's brother, John Tomlinson and my mother's sister, Rachel, Who intermarried and whose only children were Robert Tomlinson who died without issue, and Ralph Tomlinson who has died, and none of whom have any living descendant excepting the latter's children, ANNABELLE T. ELLIOT, residing at 1602¹/² Matrons Street, Tampa, Florida, ELIZABETH R. T. ROBINSON, residing at 813 South Oregon Street, Tampa, Florida, and JOHN E. TOMLINSON, residing at 804 Kensington Drive, Lakeland, Florida. I further declare I have no living spouse, ancestor, descendant, brother, sister, nephew or niece. I further declare I have intentionally omitted to provide for each of those persons and every other heir of mine, whether or not I am presently aware of his existence or he is named herein.
THIRD: Property: I declare that neither my husband nor I had any asset when he died, and no asset came to me from him by gift, devise, bequest or descent, vested in me on his death by right of survivorship in a homestead, joint tenancy or otherwise, or was set aside to me as probate homestead or otherwise, and that all my property was acquired with funds I earned after my husband's death, excepting some manuscripts without value.
FOURTH: Residue: The entire residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated, all property which is subject to my testamentary disposition or power of appointment, and all legacies, devises and bequests which have lapsed, failed or terminated I give, devise and bequeath to the OXFORD GROUP, MORAL RE-ARMAMENT, M.R.A., INC., a non-profit chartitable corporation, having its Los Angeles Headquarters at 833 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California. If for any reason the whole or any part of such residue is not ordered distributed or distributed to that corporation, I give, devise and bequeath all, that is not so ordered distributed and distributed, to and including the whole, to LELAND STANFORD JUNIOR UNIVERSITY, an educational institution exempt from taxation under the Constitution of the State of California and laws enacted thereunder.
FIFTH: Taxes: I direct that all taxes payable by reason of my death, whether or not attributable to property passing under this Will, and without limitation, shall be paid from the residue of my estate, and neither charged against nor collected from any legatee or devisee hereunder or any other transferee or beneficiary of property included in my estate.
SIXTH: Contests: I have intentionally omitted making any provision for any of my heirs who are not specifically mentioned herein, and I disinherit each thereof, If any person, directly or indirectly, shall contest this Will, seek any judicial declaration relating to this Will, any rights hereunder or (except a creditor) to any asset of my estate, or if requested by my executor or the residuary legatee first named herein, shall fail to assist in good faith in opposing such contest or declaration, he shall be entitled to no part of my estate under this Will, any codicil hereto, as my heir at law or otherwise, and I give, devise and bequeath all property which would otherwise have gone to him as herein set forth as though he and all his heirs predeceased me provided this paragraph shall not apply to my executor or the residuary legatee first named herein.
SEVENTH: Executor: I hereby nominate and appoint the CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, and its successors by merger, consolidation or otherwise, as executor of this Will, and authorize my executor to sell, lease or encumber, by mortage, deed of trust or otherwise, the whole or any part of my estate, with or without notice or Court order, upon such terms, conditions and for such period it approves, whether or not necessary in the administration of my estate, and without allegation or proof that any such transaction is necessary or for the best interests of my estate or those intersted therein.
EIGHTH: Duplicate Execution: I am making this Will in duplicate, will retain one original, and deposit the other with such Bank. I direct that either duplicate be admitted to probate as my Last Will and Testament without the other, there shall be no persuption of revocation of this will if either duplicate is not found after my death, and declare that I will not revoke this Will except by either a later Will so providing or by the destruction of both copies hereof. The production after my death of either copy shall be prima facie evidence that this Will was in full force and effect at my death unless a Will executed by me on a date subseqent hereto is produce.

The foregoing instrument, consistion of four (4) pages, including this page signed by the testatrix, was on the date preceding her signature, subscribed, published, and declared by MARY T. KREBS to be her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of both of us, both present at the same time, who at that time, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other sign such Will as witnesses thereto.
