My favorite Books and Authors Page

I don't know exactly when or how I developed my love for books.

Was it because my mom would read to me when I was young? I learned early on that while I might not get a treat or toy while shopping, my mother would always get me a book if I asked.

Was it because My "Aunt" Marilyn would take me to story hour at the public library when I was in pre-school? I still remember hearing "Where The Wild Things Are." for the first time.

Was it when my dear friend, almost-a-sister Heidi took me to get my library card from the bookmobile when I was 5? She spurned on my love for reading and opened a whole new world where I could pick and choose the books I wanted to read.

I don't know who or when or where my love for reading and books came from I just know it is a very important part of me. Here are some links to some of my favorites.

Kate Ross Page
I have read and LOVE all of her books. She writes about a regency dandy named Julian Kestrel.

On a Sad note Kate Passed away in March. I will miss reading and learning more about her wonderful characters.

Nora Roberts Page
Nora writes mysteries with a bit of romance or romances with a bit of mystery. Either way I like her work. Heidi first brought this author to my attention.
Sharan Newman Page
My friend Anne-Marie first introduced this author to me.
The Unofficial Diane Mott Davidson Page
This Author is a little bit Agatha Christie and a little bit Julia Child.
