~THE PUMPKIN PATCH~

Welcome to the Pumpkin Patch. You will find these pumpkins in Ocean County, New Jersey, at the home of my daughter and son-in-law. Each pumpkin is hand carved. The entire pumpkin patch is placed across from the graveyard in a Halloween display, in their front yard.

Each pumpkin takes 1½ hours, or more, to carve, and they only last about 2 days. They are carved by my daughter and son-in-law, and my granddaughter and grandson. They carve between 40 and 50 pumpkins each year. The carvings change each year, but a few are repeated, by popular request. They are lighted by candles.
