"Well this is about you so I'm just hoping he went to the place where he first met you." He replied as the pulled into a parking spot at the empty mall.
Kim got out and looked around "It looks so weird when no one else is here...."
Greg grabbed her arm and pulled her behind a tree, just as a security guard went by.
She sat shivering from the rain as she waited for Greg to do something.
"Jesse and Frankie should be here somewhere.....I told them to go ahead and start while I picked you up." Greg whispered as he looked around.
Kim spun around as someone put a hand on her shoulder, and sighed in relief when she saw Jesse. "Shhhh, that cop might come back.." Jesse said kneeling next to her. Frankie, who was behind Jesse, plopped down on the grass exhausted.
"Still didn't find him?" Greg asked noticing the looks on the two boys faces. Jesse frowned and brushed his fingers through his wind blown hair. "Nope, not yet..."
Tears started to form in Kim's eyes as she fought to hold them back. "Guys....Can I tell you something?" Frankie stared at her sadly "Yeah sure..."
Kim thought for a moment and then began "Well, um, I never told Chris this but I love him..." Jesse and Greg smiled while Frankie gave a soft chuckle.
"Trust me Kim......you didn't need to tell him, he knew" Jesse said as he put his arm on her shoulder. "Yeah and WE are the ones who have to deal with him talking about you 24/7!" Greg added. That made Kim smile.
"Come on lets keep looking...." Frankie said pushing himself up. Jesse and Greg mimicked his action and they all stood staring at Kim.
"Uh, I need some help here!" She said. Jesse laughed as he pulled her up.

Chris held in his breathe as the Security Guard went by for the third time. He sat under a tree, hugging his legs to his chest. The rain drizzled down his face and hair making him shiver. "Why did I do that?" He thought to himself. "I am so stupid!!"
He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a wallet size photo of Kim and him. Rain dripped down the smooth surface as he ran his fingers on it. He hurriedly shoved it back into his pocket as he heard the crunching of footsteps. He watched as two pairs of legs passed by.
"Wonder who that was...." Chris wondered not daring to peak his head out of the willow trees branches. He didn't have time to think because the guard was back and he was poking his flashlight in every bush and tree on the way. "Crap!!" He thought as the guard got closer with every step. He sunk back into the trunk of the tree hoping the officer wouldn't notice.
"Hey kid.....what you doing in there?" the Guard said noticing Chris moving. He started over to the tree to grab Chris but Chris pushed himself up and ran as fast as he could with his big pants. He looked behind him to see the Guard struggling to keep up. Chris laughed. "Too many donuts there huh?" He screamed as he zoomed towards the back of the mall.
Suddenly somebody grabbed him and pulled him to the ground. "Get the hell off me!" Chris screamed thinking it was another guard.
"Chris chill!!!!" Greg said looking down on him. Chris took a deep breathe and sat up noticing he was behind a tall bush.
"We better hurry that copper is sticking his flashlight around." Chris said not noticing the other three. He looked around at the soaked faces when he suddenly came to Kim's. She sat looking at the ground with her dripping hair stuck to the sides of her face.
He crawled over and put his arms around her neck. Tears started to stream down her face as Chris whispered "I love you."
Greg put his head in his hands. "Great...now come on before that dude comes back!"
Frankie and Jesse stood up smiling at the newly reunited couple, while Greg turned away with a slight look of anger on his already wet face.
Jesse noticed this and frowned with sympathy. "Um, yeah come on Chris remember we have to get up early for that THING tomorrow...." Jesse started
Frankie added in "Luey said to get A LOT of sleep!"
"Who's Luey......and where you guys going tomorrow? I mean it's Valentines day." Kim asked curiously as she peered over Chris' shoulder. Hurriedly, Chris got up and helped Kim up also.
"Guys...." Kim asked not letting them off the hook. Chris looked at the other three and then back at Kim. "Well, um, Luey is my Moms friend and he is taking us to the beach tomorrow....but he doesn't take girls...sorry." He lied
Kim shrugged as reached for Chris' hand. "That's okay....Suzy and Katie got tickets to some event tomorrow anyway...and they are dragging me and Trish along!"
Frankie, Jesse, and Chris laughed. Greg ran quickly to the car.
"See you guys later." Kim said waving good-bye to Frankie and Jesse as they ran off to Frankie's car. Chris put his arm around Kim's waist as the walked up to Greg's cute car. They both hoped in the back and Greg sped away to Kim's house.
