"No, no officer...it's ok they just walked in." She said into the cell she was carrying. After the was done she closed it and put it on the counter. "Well?" She asked waiting for an excuse.
Chris stepped in being the brave one of the group. "We went to an under 18 club down the street. We must have left Jesse there along with Suzy. These are Kim, Tricia, and Dana...Me, Frankie, and Matt's girlfriends."
She sighed, still mad at what they did. "Well do you realize what time it is? You know how worried you had us...I thought you might be dead in some ally." Greg walked over to his mom and gave her a hug. "Sorry mom, we lost track of time...next time I'll take a watch or at least my cell phone."
She shook her head. "Well I'll get Luey and Claudia to drive over to the club and pick those two up, You guys aren't leaving. Girls...you can stay tonight because it's so late, but make sure you call your parents. I'll go get you a room." Mrs. Raposo rambled, quickly running off.
"I can't believe we forgot about Jesse and Suzy...I hope they are ok!" Kim said about to cry. "What if someone kid napped them or something?" She added. Matt sat down in the chair in the lobby. "No one will kidnap them, don't worry they're ok...trust me." Tricia nodded, she was leaning against the wall next to a tall fake plant. "Yeah...who would want to take those weirdos anyway?"
This cheered her up a little bit. Soon Mrs. Raposo, Luey, and Claudia ran back into the lobby. "Ok, I am going to go with them...I'm trusting you all to go to your appropriate rooms...no boys and girls together ok?" She said giving them a warning look. She handed a key to Kim and then hurried out the door.
"Lets go...I'm tired as anything!" Dana said coming over next to Kim. "Yeah me too!" Tricia joined in. "Dancing makes me exhausted." Kim laughed loudly. "Well you were on something for awhile...I can't believe you don't remember that!"
"What room you got?" Chris said leaning on Kim's shoulder. She glanced at the card attached to the key. "Um room 240b...where's that?" Frankie and Matt shouted at the same time. "Awesome!!" Chris laughed. "It's right next to ours...I don't think she meant to do that, shh."
"Ok well...you lead the way." Dana said, gesturing forward. The boys walked down a narrow hall with the girls following closely behind. "Here..." Greg said stopping in front of a door. Kim put the key in and turned. It immediately opened and she stepped in. "Whoa...this is great." She said staring around in amazement. The other two girls stared marveled at the sight also. "This room is the best!" Dana shreaked hopping onto one of the four beds. "I call this one!"
Kim quickly jumped onto the bed closest to the balcony. "This one is mine!" Tricia got the one next to hers. "Guess I'll take this one...doesn't really matter." She laid down on her back and looked at the ceiling.
"Uh, aren't you forgetting something?" Chris called from the door way. "Oh yeah.." Kim exclaimed, getting up. She walked over to the door and shut it. The other two immediately screamed "No!!". Kim laughed at her joke and opened it.
"Very funny!" Matt said, he pushed his way in. "Uh uh uh....no boys and girls remember?" Kim said smiling wide. Chris grabbed her by the waist and grinned. "Guess I can't come in then huh?" She pulled him towards her bed. "Now Christopher...I never said that." He tackled her onto the bed, making her giggle like crazy.
"Hey everyone, dog pile on Kim and Chris!!" Greg screamed, jumping on top of them. Frankie, Tricia, Matt, and Dana followed. "This can't be good..." Kim managed to choke out from under all the people. Chris was pressed tightly on top of her. He looked down into her eyes and smiled.
"Ok, guys...time for bed." the heard a male voice say. Luey walked into the room carrying pajamas for the girls. Suzy walked in after him and plopped down onto the last bed available. They all got up, including Chris. "Hey Jester...sorry bout leaving you guys!" Frankie exclaimed as he saw Jesse standing in the hallway in nothing but boxers and a tee-shirt. He frowned at them as they all headed out of the room.
"Goodnight girls..." Luey said smiling a happy smile. "Get plenty of rest ok." He shut the door behind him and everyone was silent. Kim ran over to her cousin and hugged her tightly. "Oh Suzy, I was so worried...I can't believe we left you two." She smiled. "It's ok...Claudia bought us ice cream...and I got the peanut butter kind!" They all laughed at Suzy's happiness.
"Ok well...I don't know about you guys but I need sleep." Kim said getting up from the bed. She grabbed one of the Pajamas from the pile. They all were different colors and said Dreaming of Dream Street on them. "These are cool!" Kim said putting on her red ones.
She hopped into bed and closed her eyes. Suzy hurriedly grabbed the orange ones from the pile. "Mine!" She screamed, a little too loud. "Suz!" Dana whispered loudly. "Quiet down!" She grabbed a pair of blue ones, shoved them on and buried her head under the fluffy covers.
"Yay! I get green...Frankie's favorite color." Tricia said happily. But all her friends were already under their blankets and their side table lights were turned off. She shrugged as she turned hers off and quickly drifted off to sleep.
