Mame for Jornada/SH is still available if you are looking for it. The project is no longer actively supported.

MameCE/PocketMAME for the Cassiopeia is by Ben Cooley and lives at www.mamece.com. It only supports the MIPS based machines, particularly the Casion E105. I have gratefully accommodated some bits of that project, particularly files "cgamex.cpp", "cesound.c" and Ben's adaptation of the C runtime library to WinCE.

SUPPORTED PLATFORMS

Only Ipaq 3630 has been tested.

Only a limited number of drivers are supported.

DOWNLOAD

Mame21ce sources You need to install the Embedded Toolkit from Microsoft (free licence, Windows 98 SE or better required). I am including the core Mame21 distribution with this source, but you can get all prior Mame Core Packages at http://www.mame.net/

INSTALL

1. Download GAPI from Microsoft

2. Copy the CPU-dependent "GX.DLL" into the "Windows" directory of your Pocket PC.

3. Create directories on your device (in "\" directory) for the Roms and Samples,

4. Unzip your Roms and Samples and copy them to the device.

5. Copy the Mame executable to "\" on your device.

Hope this stuff works OK, i.e. no Hard Resets!! Backup your important Data!! I only use my Handheld as a play toy, not an Organizer!!
