A little peice of my mind


I can't just walk up to somebody and say hello. The thought of it just freaks me out in the worst way. My breathing increases, my heart rate goes up, and my thoughts race a hundred miles a minute. It's sad really. I bet that I would have a whole heap of friends if I could just get over my fear of rejection. Not like rejection of love....just being rejected.
I think it is sad that a grown ass adult feels this way about things. People around me just freak me out. Im constantly wondering if someone is thinking im weird or stupid. Bottom line is that it just makes me mad.
Im angry that im scared of everyone! Im angry that people have made me that way. Why is it that when a person goes out and tries to be an individual they get shit thrown at them for being an individual? What's so great about being normal? What's so great about flare bottom jeans, black shoes, and tanktops? What's so great about being a size 7? What is so wonderful about having yellow hair? Why do the tips of my nails have to be long and white?
Im sick and tired of feeling less than perfect! Im sick and tired of feeling afraid to be me! Im tired of people staring at me and talking about me behind my back!
What's worse is that society has me wondering if im so great....wondering if maybe im just another status quo amongst outcasts. If there is someone even more outcasted than me looking at me and envying me.
Why does life have to be so fucking confusing? Why do I feel so different than everyone? Why do I feel like im the only person that has these problems? And if im not...where are the kindrids that do feel like me? Perhaps they will understand me. Until then....pass the Xanax!
