ENERGY |
(AND WHERE TO GET IT) |
Energy, we cannot see Energy, we can feel the Energy of heat but cannot see it (without thermal imaging equipment and even then only representations), we cannot see electricity etc etc etc. We can feel or experience Energy, so what do I mean? When we are with a group of good friends and the night goes well we come away energized, a bad night and we are drained. This is because we all compete for Energy instead of giving and receiving freely and unconditionally. If we consciously send unconditional Energy to others they will reciprocate in kind, they are not having to compete for our Energy and therefore give willingly as they are receiving without a fight. How then do we go about getting this Energy? Assuming you haven't yet read James Redfields book(s) the best place to start would be to visit a place of power. For me waterfalls work best, but any place where Nature is allowed to develop naturally (country parks, wilderness) is good. Sit quietly in a secluded place and try to visualize the Energy it took to create the Universe, the Planet and the Life around you, suck in large lungfuls of that Ancient Energy and exhale all the Negative thoughts you have. Listen to the sounds of Nature, they are wonderful! Visualize the Energy entering your body and revitalizing you, trust me, you will feel better for it! Find a like-minded person/ people and discuss your experiences whilst sending Energy to that person when she/he is talking. Accept the others experiences as real, you expect them to accept yours as real! If you have a good balance then no one person will "hold the floor" for longer than necessary. The other place of power is a Church or Cathedral. Many Churches and Cathedrals are built upon Ancient places of power that were significant to their previous inhabitants and where sacred rituals were performed. They are often situated at the intersection of Ley Lines where the true Power is said to lie. The Ancients were very sensitive to the Energy they experienced and did not set up sacred sites willy-nilly, they were aimed at maximum effect. Ask yourself this. In a graveyard in Rudston, Yorkshire, England stands a 26foot megalith that has been there for 4000 years, why this site and why did they not remove it? You'll find a pic below with yours truly at it's side to give a sense of scale. Regardless, find a place that you are at ease with and go for it! |
