Jase is the visionary behind CIC. As executive officer he leads the center towards continuous development and progress. He is a creative thinker and an innovative person. These are qualities that he injects in all sessions that he handles. As a graduate of psychology, he has a deep understanding of people and students find it easy to relate with him and consult with him not only in academic matters but also regarding personal concerns.

o An interculturalist with 25 years of teaching

As Program Director and Administrator of CIC, George handles student admission, and monitors program content. She plays the big sister role in the center. Her experience in the academe is invaluable to CIC and students alike.

Bing is CIC's antidote to homesickness. She's not only an excellent tutor but also a second mother to participants. Her maternal nature is evident in her work and genuine concern for participants.

Eli has a knack for balancing seriousness and stress with a wonderful sense of humor. Students like his comfortable and easy manner as a facilitator without compromising focus and learning ethics.

As logistics officer, Jas makes sure that satisfactory personalized service is delivered to each center participant. His happy and vibrant demeanor makes him very popular with participants and CIC staff.

Pau is the youngest in the CIC family. She is in charge of Bookkeeping and other clerical work. A champion in women's billiards division, participants who like to learn the sport find her very enthusiastic and friendly.

Our Program Schedule

CIC maintains an open schedule. Any participant who wishes to enroll is welcome to begin any time. Our offerings are packaged in a 20-day program equivalent to 100 hours.

However, any participant who wishes to add to the number of hours he or she would like to finish within 20 days is also allowed. Computation of fees shall be made pro-rata.
