One of the problems our world is facing is that of overpopulation. We are growing way too rapidly and becoming more and more uncomortable. We do not yet fully understand how populated our world is becoming and what problems it is causing and will cause in the future:

Every second:
Some countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand have slowed their population rate by implementing and watching the amount of children the women have. They promote family planning and are trying to get women to use forms of birth control. Not only have they tried to prevent population but in some countries, the population rate is decreasing because of viruses. HIV is dominating some small developing countries and taking more peoples lives per day then the country can output.


Solutions!
 Like discussed above, one way to stop this overpopulation is by setting an manimum number of children each family can have. The advantages to this would be wonderful. Our population would slowly decline to a reasonable growth or remain steady and we would be able to start re-shaping the world to the way we found it. When there are less people ther is less waste, less confusion and an overall better standard of living.

The only problem with this is that some people have a problem with the government limiting the amount of children they can have. Take for example the typical Roman Catholic family. Normally they have on average of 4 children making it diffucult to just stop their tradition. The solution to these two sides could be solved by the government "asking" the public to cut down on their number of children in a household. By only "asking" you would stop the people who might be on the line between having two and three children. We would be able to evaluate this situation by watching the population closely after the rule was announced. If there is a decrease in the country after 5-10 years the Goverment could more strongly impliment this rule.
