CDm foundation

The Ceferino Dulay Memorial Foundation ,Inc was established in honor of Ceferino Dulay, the first traditional leader of the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley. The foundation is the bearer of the traditions of the clan and the guide for the future generations.

This project is an advocacy campaign for the propagation of The Globalist Manifesto. The manifesto was formulated in a classroom of the Asian Institute of Management. It paints a vision for the future world and prescribed 10 stages towards the formation of a global government.

The movement, aside from being the alumni association of Master of Development Management program of the Asian Institute of Management, is an international movement align with the millennium goals of the international development community. The President of the CDM Foundation co founded the movement and serves as its Vice –Chair.

The project designs and manages affordable and interactive websites. Angel Websites arrange for free hosting. It is a complete package of email, e group and websites that are linked and coordinated with each other. It uses the Publisher and Page Builder technology in website design.

Dulay Clan values education. To put that value into practice, the CDM Foundation helps and coordinates clan members to pursue education. It also releases an annual ranking of clan members based on education. The ranking only includes the direct bloodline of Ceferino who are in the college level.

Marikina News is the longest running community newspaper in Marikina. It was intended to fight the “Marikina Apartheid” which discriminates against cosmopolitan Marikenos in political activities in town. When the fight was won, Marikina News shifted to internet, promising to to return to circulation if needed again someday..
