Following are some pictures of the fake scarves. They are just some - not all. Be careful. eBay is a portal and a venue, it doesn't really enforce the trademark or authenticity. Hermes as a company doesn't care.  If enough buyers are disenchanted with eBay, there would not be any credible sellers for Hermes scarves on eBay (secondary market). As a result, buyers have to go to the Hermes stores to buy Hermes scarves.  The best person to watch over you is yourself. There are still many terrific Hermes scarves' sellers on eBay. Just be an informed buyer, don't be afraid to ask questions or to alk away. Sooner or later, with hope,  if the demand for fake scarves declines, their sellers will change their business venue

Look at the tags. Those are fake. I do not want to write what is wrong as the fakes are already getting scary enough. They don't need lessons of how to improve their fakes.
