Events and ActivitiesPine Meadow Ranch Owners Association Board Meeting All meetings are held from 6:30 PM - 8:45 PM 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month
On the 2nd Tuesday of every month the meeting will be held at: -- Sprague library (Sugarhouse Commons) – 524-8200 2132 South 1100 East
Note: On April 8th, 2003 the meeting will be closed to the public until 7:30 PM
On the 4th Tuesday of every month the meeting will be held at: -- Ecker Hill Middle School - 435-645-5610 2465 West Kilby Road, (South Side of I-80, just before the Park City Exit)
All meetings start at 6:30 PM. A ten minute period is scheduled at the first of each meeting to hear owner comments. All Pine Meadow owners are encouraged to come to HOA board meetings. Elections were held November 14th, 2002. Area 4 has a new representative, Tracy Schilly. the amendments to the Bylaws have been accepted. To see what changed, see the Fall Newsletter. And, finally, the Board of Directors has the authority to sell one piece of property that the Owners Association owns to raise money for capital improvements.
