| This motor turns about 10-15 RPMs in bright sun. The bands are cut from a black plastic trash bag. The bands CONTRACT (not expand) when solar heat is applied, which pulls the cup off center. As a result, gravity causes the assembly to turn. As the bands from the dark side rotate up to the sunny side the process continues.... |
