Working abroad can be insteresting in several ways. You get to know another culture in a professional and a personal way. During the 5 years I worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, an international company in IT services and management consultancy, I traveled to several countries like France, Belgium, Brazil and The Netherlands. Here I joined projects as a consultant within Telecom companies. Our objective was to help our clients in developing and transforming their organizations at every step of the value chain. My goal, in a general overview, was to: - Design and implement tests for mesuring the efficiency of billing and customer care systems, - Structure and qualify testing of commercial products, - Advise the client in problem solving and planning, - Analyze workload and deadline management, - Educate people in the use of new products, - Document work scenarios, - Work as an expert with various Customer Care and Billing systems. |
