THE COTTAGE PRE-SCHOOL

Funded by Department of Community Services

The cottage is an educational program designed to prepare non-english speaking children for school.  It does this by building the pre-school age child's English language, social and confidence skills.  These skills allow them to increase their ability to adapt to the school enviroment and to interact with other children.

The Children are aged in between 3 and a half and 5 years.

The friendly staff also assess children for any learning disabilities and work intensely with these children using outside assistance and expertise where required.

The cottage has low cost affordable fees and has a morning group 5 days a week (9am till noon) and an afternoon session 5 days a week (12:30pm till 3:30pm)

The cottage's main aim is to create a warm, happy and caring environment where the children want to go
