GMRV was established in 1997 to oversee Mr. Richard A. Gilda III's mining and decorative rock quarrying operations in the Historic Marysville Gold Mining District.

GMRV started with one gold placer claim and one copper lode claim. GMRV has now increased their mineral holdings to seven quality placer and lode claims, one millsite, and five quarry sites, plus we are pursuing an option to acquire a historic gold mine and millsite to further facilitate our development and production goals. GMRV continuely evaluates and acquire precious and base-metal properties in this area as appropriate.

GMRV is located near Canyon Creek, Montana - 35 miles west of Helena; 26 miles west from I-15; 18 miles west from BN/SF RR's Silver City siding; and 12 miles southeast of the community of Canyon Creek.
