I took this picture at Lake Louise, Banff, Canada

Lake Louise - locates at Banff, Alberta, which is the next province of British Columbia.

In 1882, Tom Wilson, a packer for the Canadian Pacific Railway, first laid eyes on Lake Louise. The CPR quickly built a chalet there in 1890 and used the lake as part of its promotion for new railway.

The beauty of Lake Louise is the direct result of glacier activity. At one time the Victoria Glacier streteched out to the site of the present Chateau here it deposited debris which accumulated to form what is called a terminal moraine.

This moraine acted as a dam so that when the glacier retreated, the melt waters were trapped by the moraine and formed Lake Louise.

This picture was taken at Universal Studio, Florida, USA

Universal Studio, Florida - The attractions at Universal Studios Florida are all based on movies.

Back to the future, The Jaws, King Kong and Earthquake rides are essentially variations on the same theme:

Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in the world's first (and only) 3-D virtual adventure, Terminator 2:3-D Battle Across Time.

This picture was taken at Summerland, BC, Canada

Summerland is a beautiful community located on Okanagan Lake in southern British Columbia wherea population of over 12,000 people.

It is in the heart of the Okanagan Valley between Kelowna and Penticton.

The community is on Highway 97, just 15 minutes from the intersection of the Okanagan - Coquihalla Highway Connector to Merrit and the Lower Mainland.

It is accessibility to comercial rail service, air service and commercially navigable water transportation. ( i.e. flight time to Vancouver is less than one hour. )

This picture was taken at Yellowstone National Park

The commanding features that initially attracted interest, and led to the preservation of Yellowstone as a national park, were geological: the geothermal phenomena (there are more geysers and hot springs here than in the rest of the world combined), the colorful Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River, fossil forests, and the size and elevation of Yellowstone Lake.

This picture was taken at Yukon, Canada

Yukon - Previously a quiet village of 500 people, Whitehorse boomed with the construction of the Alaska Highway in 1942. The village was originally established during the Klondike Gold Rush because of its location beside the forbidding Whitehorse Rapids on the Yukon River.

Adventurers boating down the Yukon had to cope with Miles Canyon and the rapids. Enterprising entrepreneurs built lot of tramways and charged the stampeders to lift their boats, rafts, and supplies around the canyon and rapids. The gold rush and its aftermath created a major river port at Whitehorse, with paddle-wheelers plying the waters of the Yukon, taking supplies and passengers to Dawson and other mining towns.
