MortgageCalc is a free application that I developed using the plua language.  In addition to calculating the monthly payments, MortgageCalc displays the amortization schedule and allows you to explore how prepayments shorten the term of your mortgage and what savings can be achieved.

Features include:

- Given a loan amount, interest rate, term in years, monthly or one time prepayments made starting at any chosen month, MortgageCalc calculates the monthly payments, total amount paid, total interest paid and when the loan would be paid off.

- MortgageCalc also displays the amortization schedule listing the month, interest, principal, and balance.

- Easy graphical interface allows you to explore different scenarios and see what best suits your financially.

Requirements:

- Palm OS 3.0 and above.
- Plua.prc (included free).
- Total memory needed is 144 Kb.
