Love

I have fallen in love with a girl.  She knows who she is.  I want to be with her forever.
Sadness

When my grandfather Mr Geoffery Thornley ("Crumple Grumpkin") died. Watching the tiny heart beat of a cat foetus beating before it was thrown into the rubbish bin (When I was a veterinary assistant in the country). When I realised the inevitability of death and the consequent fear that I may not achieve all I need to do.
Happiness

Riding my motorbike fast along country roads in the Summer 2001 before I had passed my test.

Living in an
11th Century Castle.

Getting my first job offer from
Saatchi & Saatchi.

Racing a German yachting crew through the Norwegian fjord of Trondheim in 1996 and winning after 10 days at sea.

Getting the award for the greatest overall contribution to the good of the school prize at my sixth form award ceremony.

When my friends are happy.

When a girl you like, likes you in return.
