More
Other applications during employment, school, etc. have been MS Office; I can use Word, Excel,
Access, Publisher for newsletters, PowerPoint for presentations, & Front Page for web pages; These are your basic office environment tools.  I've used Space Control and MSP (Mini Storage Plus) both basic DOS apps. for Commercial  Income properties; Digi-Gate and  ICVerify for security, I was taught Rent Roll from Real Page Inc. (the owners); as well as on-the-job experience which is for Residential Income properties, I've seen other similar programs but GUI (graphical user interface) such as AMSI and Yardi, RR is DOS only for now
Hardware -
I can troubleshoot, use Control Panel and there is always 'Help'
Can install card, devices, etc. - use config.sys (msconfig), regedit
Have done networking acedemically, at work, and at home - see other links
