- Coordinated implementation of HIPAA privacy notice changes.
- Integrated optical storage system with existing applications, allowing users to scan payment and EOB paperwork, and link images to patient accounts.

- Designed & coded process to send data to outside agencies via FTP.
- Modified existing systems to accommodate changes for Home Health PPS billing.
