Beauty Secrets

Did you know that the position in which you sleep can damage your skin? A lot of people sleep in a certain position every night and tend to revert to his or her favorite pose even after turning many times during sleep. This means that the skin on one side of your face constantly receives more pressure than the other and can lead to more, and even deeper, wrinkles on the forehead and cheeks.

The best that you can do to remedy this is to use a softer pillow to avoid excess pressure. Or try altering your sleeping position after waking during the night. Sweet dreams!
