The Graditude Journal
A GRADITUTDE JOURNAL IS A FORM OF MEDITATION
A Graditude Journal will aide you in your Spiritual Journal by providing you time for reflection and thanksgiving.  All you have to do is write down one thing everyday that you are grateful for.  It doesn't have to be big stuff....just something different each time.  If everyday is too frequent,  that's O.K. too.  This should not be something you stress over. Just make at least one entry each time you can.
