Saturday Horror #88

Scarlet clouds looked upon the demonic city. Buildings forged to resemble that of the nightmares that manifest in our minds, stood out of the ground. The blood-soaked grounds that nibbled at the bottom layers of the structures shook from the unearthly cries of the Kion Dehadrayth. At the city limits, demons impatiently waited for the thirst of blood, some even ripping their own brethren to pieces to satisfy the lust of hunger and death.

Peering through the artificial eyes of Evangelion Unit 4, Tomzilla sighed nervously. Standing before the warriors that had come from Earth to fight for their very life were Dogolas' Knights. All of them had been created for the sole purpose of serving their Lord and Master. The human could faintly recognize a few of them, for he had seen them before. But that did not matter. Standing side by side with his comrades in arms, the pilot of the White Evangelion prepared for an unholy battle. At his side was Godzilla, King of the Monsters; Gamera; Guardian of the Universe, Mothra Leo; Angel of Life, Ultraman Tiga and Dyna; The Warriors of Light, Enferno; The Red Dragon, Miereki; The Psychic Custodian and so many more. On both his sides, Eva Units 1 and 2 gazed at the Dark Knights before them. No longer were they controlled by human thoughts, but by the very souls of the ones who once piloted them.

"This isn't going to be easy," Tomzilla muttered nervously over the com-link.

"Since when is it ever," Vader sarcastically chuckled in response.

But before the first assault could be initiated, a strange tingling entered the minds of MWF's Finest. It was as if their minds were opened, like a book and being read.

"Dogolas," Miereki psychically told everyone by feeling the one responsible for this strange connection.

'Be silent,' the Galactic Dictator sniped. 'I felt I should establish the identities of my Knights before you die. That way you would've had a clue of who had slain you, when you are in the After Life.'

Godzilla's reptilian eyes glared at the ones who stood before him. They all were different in shapes and sizes. But towering above them all was this vile creature with dozens of tentacles that slithered about. Even the King of the Monsters felt second thoughts and an urge to retreat. But then the saurian reminded his conscience of the injustice of his son's death. Such a crime cannot go unpunished!

'Quite right, mortal,' Dogolas spoke silently in Godzilla's prehistoric mind.

Godzilla snarled.

'Now then, the identities of my Knights will be addressed before the War Games commences. They shall step forth separately when their name has been given.'

Silence came in the form of wind that blew through the city. But soon after, the silent winds transformed into howling screams that crawled up the monsters' spines and made their hearts beat with fear. The Knights of the Kion Dehadrayth sensed this fear and snickered with anticipation to feed off it personally.

'
Silvagon, step forth…'

From amongst the hordes of creatures that serve under Dogolas, a large monster standing erect in posture took a step forward. Its white flesh was covered with hard armor. Two curved, ram-like horns stood out of the top of its head. Silvagon's eyes glinted with an amber glow that deemed every one of the Warriors from Earth…prey. Even the ground shuddered as Silvagon took a step back, and then he lifted his tail and batted the ground.

'
Goldras…'

A monster the size of Silvagon stepped forward. Its armor was like that of Silvagon, only it was instead stained with the rich texture of gold and darkness. Goldras' eyes gleamed with a light red glow that deemed those who stood before him unworthy. Golden horns stretched out each side of Goldras' cranium, sparkling with a strange essence of power. In many ways, Goldras was a lot like Silvagon. Already, the monsters that had originated from Earth felt compelled to strike Goldras down with everything they could muster. But instead, Goldras stepped back amongst his brethren as his Master commanded.

'
Rigatron, come forth…'

The next Knight of the Kion Dehadrayth didn't resemble Silvagon and Goldras one bit. Rigatron stood erect in height, armored hide covering every inch of its body. It possessed a pair of pincer-like claws. Rigatron's head was abnormal in shape, pointed and ridged in separate directions. It only had one eye, with the mouth underneath. Rigatron was dead silent as it scoped its foes. The ground beneath its massive body shuddered from the pressure. Reluctantly, the hulking creature returned to where it once stood.

'Sister, make your presence known. Let them shiver before your hideous stature and forever remember the name:
Queen Monera…'

Towering above the structures in the distance was a creature whose appearance filled the hearts of the monsters with pure terror. Queen Monera was massive, nearly the size of Zog who had nearly destroyed all life on Earth years ago. She possessed five tentacles on each side of her body, ten in total. But burrowing beneath the ground were more, each anticipating the action of bursting from beneath the ground and ensnaring those who had defied her brother. Her eyes gleamed with power as she looked down at the insolent creatures. Instead of having a mouth beneath her eyes, it was instead a layer of flesh that contained veins of kinetic impulses. On top of her head was a pair of huge jaws that opened automatically. Around her belly was a chamber that had a slight resemblance to a fishing net embedded into a wall. Organic liquids seeped from her tentacles, splashing on the ground. The thought of devouring the infidels continued to manifest in the bowels of her demented mind.

'Have a care, sister; your appetite will quench your intellect before battle.'

Queen Monera released a loud scream that caused cracks to splinter through the walls of the wretched building structures. With ease, Queen Monera's tentacles sliced through the building structures that stood before their path and begun to hover above the cloister of kaiju.

'
Death Facer, enlighten them with your awe…'

The next Knight of the Kion Dehadrayth stepped out of the shadows and was bathed by the crimson aura from above. It stood in a humanoid shape, only it was far different from anything human. A chain gun had been mounted on its left arm, becoming the arm itself. Deathfacer's right arm ended in a hook like object. The shoulders curved upwards as if the mechanical weapon was an emperor of a lost world. Deathfacer's head was shaped in a strange shape, harboring its black face that was guarded by a clear barrier. Red, digital eyes flared from the darkness his face concealed. The light from the skies glinted off its grainy armor.

It fell back into alignment.

'
King of Mons…'

A bipedal saurian beast stepped forth. The monster's skin was tainted with blue scales, while its chest and belly was as red as blood. Spikes curved outwards, having formed a perimeter around the chest and belly. Golden, plated wings arched out of each side of his back. They weren't like normal wings; these were jagged and had holes in them. Parts of the golden plates nestled over the blue scales. King of Mons had four, sharp claws used to rip through the flesh of those that defied its hunger. Like any normal creature, it had two eyes-only King of Mons had eyes that gleamed bright red and on his forehead, there was a third red eye. It was a marvelous creature, striking a combination of beauty and terror at the same time. Like its precursors, King of Mons steps away.

GxM's jagged spines crackled with nuclear power. Atomic flames hissed from within his closed maw, seeping out of the corners of his mouth and steaming the air. The atomic saurian felt his claws flex and his tail whip back and forth. The anticipation for battle was growing…

The next Knight of the Kion Dehadrayth to step forth was one Ultraman Tiga was familiar with. The Warrior of Light nearly manifested his inner power to dispose of this Dark Warrior immediately. But Dogolas silenced whatever Ultraman Tiga was planning to do…

'Have a care Ultraman; you will get your chance to dispose of
Kilialien…'

Kilialien had a humanoid shape, covered with black armor that covered every inch of his body, with small portions covered with gray skin. In the left sector of his sternum, was an orb embedded in his flesh that blossomed with power. Kilialien's skull was ridged and jagged, pointing directly into the air. His forehead was plastered with an amber-glowing jewel. The ancient Evil pointed directly at Ultraman Tiga, bringing his thumb towards his throat and acting as if he's slicing it.

Dogolas' laughter filled the minds of all those present.

Kilialien stumbled back into alignment.

'I'm sure my next follower will strike a revelation in your memory banks.'

From within the cockpit of Eva Unit 4, Tomzilla recognized the creature all too well. Even the infamous King of the Monsters, Godzilla, shared a passionate hatred towards the one they had fought in the past.

Zigra

"You," Godzilla snarled in hatred. The sharp row of spines running down Godzilla's backside flourished with nuclear power. Anger glinted in the hollow orbs of Godzilla's eyes.

Tomzilla felt the synchronization with his Eva slip and for the moment, everything went dark. The human remembered the days of when Zigra nearly took over the MWF by force. How the space invader paralyzed those who stood before him and manipulated them to join his rebellion. If it wasn't for Godzilla, Zigra likely would've succeeded and from what it may appear, it was Dogolas' plan from the start. Tomzilla's concentration with the Evangelion returned.

"I thought you were barbequed," the CEO of the MWF muttered, displeasure in his voice.

Laughter escaped the extraterrestrial's beak. Zigra flapped his flippers, remembering the good memories of his tyranny all too well. Above his beak, the jewel that had been planted in his flesh since birth, flashed with a fluorescent glow. Any moment now, Zigra could emit his paralysis ray and stun every single monster in their tracks. The thought had already been rummaging in Zigra's mind. Only Dogolas influenced the space shark's decision and Zigra just glared at his enemies.

Godzilla took a step in Zigra's direction. The ground shook beneath Godzilla's wake, spawning dozens of cracks. Godzilla's razor-sharp spines clattered against one another, attracting the attention of all those present. The King of the Monsters thought of sinking his teeth in Zigra's flesh and pulling out his intestines, then pouring his atomic flames upon its damned corpse and burn it to pieces. Then Godzilla would trample the charred body, until nothing was left.

'Rest assured, saurian,' Dogolas' voice rang from all directions, stopping Godzilla in his tracks. 'You'll have your chance for vengeance, but until then…'

From beyond the shadows that had submerged a beast, unseen by the others, the groan of the vile animal made its presence known. Walking out of the shadows, its flesh soaking with its biological liquids was a towering creature whose eyes sought the fear of those who stood against his Master. Godzilla stepped back, frightened not by the creature's stature, but by its scent-the familiar scent it knew full well. The monster's hide was covered with pale, green scales. Its face was like that of a gorilla's; only it was covered with scales. The leviathan possessed large, sturdy arms that bulged with steel-like muscles. Large claws struck out of the tips of its fingers. It had feet that resembled Godzilla's own. That and its tail were like Godzilla's own, too. But what was most shocking was the fact that it had three-rows of jagged spines down his back.

A look of confusion glinted in Godzilla's eyes. The atomic saurian raised his head towards the leviathan, smelling the air and breathing it into his nostrils. The realization nearly caused Godzilla to topple to the ground. Instead, the monster king barked a snarling roar.

"Son," escaped Godzilla's reptilian lips.

Godzilla's comment had struck everyone else with confusion.

'Yes…' Dogolas telekinetically muttered to those who could hear. 'You should've kept better care of your belongings, reptile. After I slaughtered your son in cold blood, which was a delight I need to remind you, you mourned over his death and swore vengeance. But not long after, my disciples took Junior's corpse and brought it to my realm.'

Dogolas paused, allowing his words to sink into Godzilla's soul. Pain had gripped Godzilla's conscious, only it was soon replaced with anger.

This made Dogolas pleased.

'There was, surprisingly, still life beating in the little one's heart. How strange, since I had vaporized it with my power. Seeing potential in the little one, however, I sought to remake it into my own image,' Dogolas continued, 'thus I tortured what was left and watched it die.'

Godzilla reared his head to the crimson skies, releasing a mighty roar that shook the ground. Even the demons that lay waited on the outskirts of the city were startled by the monster's scream. Godzilla breathed rapidly, trying to regain his composure. But already, Godzilla felt his rage boosting his atomic power. If the leviathan before him was not his son, Godzilla would've not hesitated to engulf it in his rage.

'Yes, cry like a benevolent father who had lost the one thing that meant anything to him,' Dogolas remarked, satisfied with the pain he had caused. Only the Lord and Master of this realm had not finished. 'But I should continue: after watching it die, I took the ruminants of its very soul and the DNA of its body, to create a new vessel for the soul to embody. But not only did I want a warrior who had your power, but also one with superior physical strength. Thus, I analyzed another creature that walks freely on your planet, one who possesses great strength that rivals even your own. King Kong…'

Everyone stared more intensely at the reincarnation of Godzilla's son.

'Thus,
Kongzilla was born!'

Kongzilla raised his repulsive head towards the heavens, wherever they may be in this Pit of Hell and hollered a frightening roar-the likes none had ever seen. Godzilla looked down at the ground, trying to avoid eye contact with his mutated son. Kongzilla was the opposite, in fact the hybrid terror treaded towards his father. Godzilla's allies prepared for combat, some even hesitating to run up to Godzilla's side. Kongzilla stopped only a few feet in front of Godzilla, breathing his hot breath on Godzilla's scaly hide. Godzilla raised his upper lip, revealing the carnivorous teeth his mouth concealed.

"Son," Godzilla stuttered, trying to see if the beast before him was the son he once knew.

Kongzilla leaned closer towards Godzilla.

"I look forward to ripping out your throat and feasting on your remains," Kongzilla alleged silently. "Nice to see you again, father."

Kongzilla turned his back towards Godzilla and walked into the shadows.

Godzilla's perplexed eyes gazed at the ground, his mind trying to adapt to situation at hand. But as the King of the Monsters tried to come into terms with the reality that his son is now fighting against him, the next Knight of the Kion Dehadrayth was revealed.

'Step forth,
Crypto…'

It stood on its hind legs, resembling a dinosaur. Its body was covered with orange flesh. Crypto's eyes were like a serpent's. Hard, armor plating ran down the slopes of his back and down its tail. Horns stretched out of his back, elbows, legs, shoulders, skull and chest. At the tip of its tail was a club, covered with spikes. Crypto as a whole was massive, towering over most of the kaiju who had come to stand against Dogolas.

But there were more that had been shrouded in darkness.

Phantom Gamera, Irys, Gelynn, Heldarr-they were all there!

There was
Satanbizoh, an assassin who serves Dogolas for the sole purpose of killing; Sukuna Oni, an evil that once ravaged feudal Japan ages ago; Cykor, the living weapon of an alien race destroyed by their own creation and Geranda, who had been designed to receive large amounts of punishment and dish it out in an equal perspective. But now, three entities outshined the other Knights.

'Allow me to present to you, my three greatest warriors…'

One whose body was covered with blue scales and shared an uncanny resemblance to Titanosaurus stepped forward. Horns stood out of his shoulders, allowing electricity to flicker around the shoulder region. Elsewhere, horns curved out of the sides of its face and cranium. A row of tiny spikes spaded down its backside. Stems stood out of the top of its head, acting as interceptors and sucking in the surrounding particles to feed its hunger. But it would never be enough. The creature revealed its fangs inside his mouth, dripping with venom.

'
Barugaron…'

Barugaron hissed with arrogance and took an interest in the flying dragons of EMBER. Enferno, Deathbeast, Magano and Ultrizard returned the sentiment with howling roars. This pleased Barugaron.

The next creature stood on all fours. Its shoulder blades curved upwards. White flesh covered the monster's body. Blue-tainted horns pointed out the back of its head and neck. Even if its face was covered with ashen skin, an area around his eyes and nose was dark blue. Orange horns pointed out of its cheeks and in the direction of its mouth. At the tip of the creature's tail were four pointed spikes.

'
Balkzardan…'

The last warrior was humanoid in shape. Its skin was a pale gray like color. It had no facial expressions on its face. Dozens of black holes were embedded in its body. It was just completely alien to all those who stared at it.

'Daijin…'

Now the darkness that had shrouded the Knights of the Kion Dehadrayth disappeared. Dogolas' telekinetic presence no longer lingered in the minds of MWF's Finest. The time had finally arrived for them to fight. But deep down inside, everyone knew that even if by some miracle they defeated the Knights, defeating Dogolas' army that was waiting on the outskirts of the city itself was next to impossible; that and defeating Dogolas period was unorthodox.

Cries of combat echoed other Battle Island as Biokamitra and King Ghidorah engaged one another in mortal combat. Their cries sounded across the lands, carrying with them, the pain and suffering that each held. However, the sounds of pain only came from one, Biokamitra.
King Ghidorah, due to his transformation, was no near invincible. Biokamitra charged in at the leviathan, tearing into him with his claws and horns, only to be repelled back by a massive barrage of beam projectiles. Biokamitra cried out in pain, yet charged again, only to meet the same fate. Glaring at King Ghidorah, he took to the skies.
King Ghidorah looked up at Biokamitra, his eyes studying the beast as he flew above head, a sort of sinister, mocking smile on his face. With a thunderous cry, King Ghidorah lazily rose into the air, his golden wings propelling him upward. With a choir of bellow and shrieks, he charged into Biokamitra, biting into the beast viciously. With every mouth holding on to Biokamitra, King Ghidorah unleashed all of his projectiles. Biokamitra screamed out in pain as blood shot into the air, showering King Ghidorah. With a moan, he plummeted to the ground like a meteor.
Not too far off lurked Space Godzilla and Zarkorr, both of were watching the battle zealously with eyes that had seen the wonders of the universe beyond Earth. Like massive statues, the behemoths did nothing, but just stood there and watched as King Ghidorah tore into Biokamitra more. Were they studying a future foe or ally? The answer was unknown to all, including them most likely. It is without a doubt, however, that the thought of an alliance between them and King Ghidorah had crossed their minds.
Biokamitra rose wearily after his fall, yet, with unseen vigor, charged King Ghidorah, this time goring the hydra with his horns. King Ghidorah gave several screeches of pain for a brief moment, but they quickly subsided as another barrage of beams tore into Biokamitra, knocking the beast back. Biokamitra gave a groan of pain and hunched over panting, trying to regain some of his breath. However, he was denied even this as King Ghidorah slowly marched over and slammed his foot down on Biokamitra.
Squealing in pain as he felt his ribs being crushed, Biokamitra clawed at the ground, trying to break free. However, he could not. King Ghidorah's weight was too much for him. Instead, he need only wait for Death's touch.

Meanwhile, as Biokamitra was literally having his life crushed out of him, many of the monsters began to roam out of Battle Island. The airborne took to the skies, while the aquatic took to the sea. Barrages of missiles and cannon fire leapt from Military Island to the monsters, yet had little effect, practically bouncing off of their carapaces.
The threat of the world ending due to Dogolas scared many of the monsters off, driving them to the ends of the Earth. With their freedom restored, they left the comforts of Battle Island, to return to the world from which they originally came.
Two such monsters who had planned to leave were Gigan and Megalon. Long time friends, they decided to go wreak havoc on the world together. However, as they both prepared to take flight, they noticed the dieing Biokamitra, the vicious King Ghidorah towering over him.
"King Ghidorah..." Gigan said softly, yet with full of hatred, "He betrayed me long ago, and now look, a hideous combination of him in all his forms. It makes me sick."
"Well, why don't we go beat the crap out of him?" Megalon questioned, looking at him curiously.
Gigan looked at King Ghidorah and than to Megalon.
"Yeah, alright." he replied rather nonchalantly.
With a screech, Gigan unleashed a laser beam on King Ghidorah, raking it across his neck. King Ghidorah bellowed out, only to recoil further from a Napalm Bomb exploding against his armored chest. Biokamitra gave a sigh of relief as King Ghidorah took his foot off of him and as quickly as possible rose to his feet. Menacingly, King Ghidorah glared at his foes.
Suddenly, the ground around King Ghidorah burst open as a massive wall of water rose from it, toppling King Ghidorah to the ground. King Ghidorah rose up, only for a Plasma Beam to rake across his body, burning off scales as it went. From out of practically nowhere rose Acklairus and Chaoze. Their first time at the MWF, they had chosen a fine time to fight. Hatred burned in King Ghidorah's eyes, yet with a vicious bellow, he charged his foes, intent on water the ground with their blood.

Meanwhile, in Dogolas' realm, the brave warriors of the MWF and of Earth battled those of Dogolas. Cries of pain and death echoed across Dogolas' realm, blood soaking the ground. All of humanity rested on the outcome of this war. If the MWF prevail, the world is saved. If not, it will fall into darkness to the ruin of all.
Miereki, the Psychic Deity, was one such MWF warrior intent on defeating Dogolas. Considered by some to be the ultimate force of good in the universe, he was actually enjoying himself by dispatching countless evil foes. However, a horde of Dogolas' demon soldiers parted as Death Facer approached the deity.
Death Facer looked at Miereki, who merely glared back, floating gently in the air. There was no communication, no need for it. The two suddenly charged each other, a barrage of lasers leaping from Death Facer's arm while streams of Psy Orbs surged from Miereki towards Death Facer. Both combatants were struck by their opponent's attack, yet merely shrugged it off.
Miereki glared at Death Facer again and charged him again, his body floating over the ground at well over Mach 5. Death Facer was pelted with Psy Orbs, yet braced himself, waiting for Miereki to ram him. However, he did the exact opposite. At the last second, Miereki pulled drastically upward, still showering Psy Orbs onto Death Facer, pelting his face with them.
Death Facer recoiled back from the attack on his lone weak spot and took to the air. Hovering in mid-air, Death Facer locked on to Miereki, releasing a barrage of lasers after Miereki. However, to his surprise, Miereki was a difficult target to hit. With lightning speed, Miereki always seemed to be just ahead of the lasers. With a burst of speed, Miereki flew straight at Death Facer while activating a Psy Surge. Psychic energies danced across Miereki and onto Death Facer the moment of impact, tearing into the machines armor.
By now, Death Facer had grown tired of these games. Lashing his left arm out, he used its extend feature drag Miereki in. Viciously, the machine released a barrage of lasers point blank at Miereki, tearing into the Keeper of Silence. Miereki released a Psychic cry, yet only countered by lashing out his Psy Lightning. The attack tore into Death Facer, damaging his circuitry, causing him to release Miereki. Both collapsed to the ground.
Miereki rose to his feet and floated into the air, glaring at Death Facer. A stream of Energy Diskettes leapt from Miereki's hands, yet to his surprise, bounced off of Death Facer's newly erected shield and at him. At the last second, Miereki erected his own shield, causing the Diskettes to scatter about wildly, tearing into nearby foes.
Death Facer instantly opened fire with his lasers once more, attempting to break through Miereki's shield. However, each one was reflected off, much to Death Facer's disappointment. Death Facer ceased the lasers and instead charged at Miereki. In response, the Psychic Deity lowered his shield, yet activated his Psysaber. The Psychic sword glowed brightly in his grasp, his gaze focused and concentrated.
Death Facer attacks first, making a swing at Miereki with his right. However, the Psychic Deity manages to dodge the attack and stab the machine in the torso with his Psysaber. Great sparks leap out of the gap, but don't stop Death Facer in his attack. Seconds later, Death Facer's left connects with Miereki's head with amazing force, knocking the deity to the ground.
Gently floating into the air, Psychic energies started to dance about Miereki as he glared at Death Facer. Death Facer, in response, did nothing but just stood there, glaring back. Death Facer suddenly charged Miereki, as did Miereki charge him, a Psychic wail echoing through the minds of all present.

Meanwhile, as Miereki and Death Facer battled each other, two other warriors were about to engage in combat. Mothra Leo, a champion of goodness charged Crypto, pelting the beast with a barrage of rays and beams. Crypto bellowed back, a raspy cry escaping his jaws. Charging the moth, Crypto tore his claws into Mothra Leo, causing the insect to chirp out in pain as his blood stained the ground.
Mothra Leo chirped again, this time releasing lighting from his wings. The bolts tore into Crypto's hide, yet the beast refused to give in, being bred to do one thing, kill. With a raspy bellow, a surge of energy leapt from the beast's jaws and into Mothra Leo, shooting the insect out of the sky and to the ground bellow. Instantly, Crypto was upon Mothra Leo, tearing into the insect with both claw and tooth.
Mothra Leo chirped in pain. managing to look up, he chirped in horror as he watched Crypto tear into him, soaking his teeth and claws with Mothra Leo's blood. Another energy surge slammed into Mothra Leo, as if to remind the insect to just stay down and accept his fate. However, Mothra Leo refused. Mustering what strength he could, Mothra Leo unleashed a barrage of attacks of a wide assortment, knocking Crypto off of him, causing the dinosaurian to bellow out in pain.
Wearily, Mothra Leo took to the air, where it fought the best. Crypto released yet another energy surge, yet this time, Mothra Leo dodged it and bombarded the dinosaurian with beams. Several beams slammed into Crypto, temporarily blinding him. Blinded, Crypto went into a rage, viciously lashing out in hopes of hitting Mothra Leo.
However, the clever insect and snuck behind Crypto and suddenly landed on the dinosaur's head. Chirping loudly, Mothra Leo unleashed several lightning bolts point blank range at Crypto. Crypto cried out in pain, toppling to the ground below. Mothra Leo flew off of Crypto as the beast fell to the ground and proceeded to pelt the downed and blinded dinosaur with as much as he could.
Attack after attack tore into Crypto, yet by now, he had regained his sight and rose to his feet. Mothra Leo, being taken off guard, tried to pull up, yet wasn't fast enough. With one hand, Crypto slammed Mothra Leo to the ground, putting all of his weight behind him as he did so. Mothra Leo squealed in pain, only causing Crypto to toss him into the air. With another squeal, Mothra Leo slammed against the ground hard, only for Crypto to tear into him once more.
Releasing another barrage of beams, Mothra Leo freed himself from Crypto's grasp and took to the air. With a loud chirp, Mothra Leo charged Crypto, causing the dinosaur to bellow back and charge as well. Hatred and anger burned in both their eyes, and they knew that only one would walk away from the battle alive. The question was, which one. Would good prevail, or would dark conquer?

Meanwhile, on Battle Island, that same questioned had seemingly received an answer. Biokamitra lay on the ground, his body beaten and bloody, resting on the very verge of death. He meekly tried to assist Megalon, Gigan, Acklairus and Chaoze in battling King Ghidorah, but he couldn't. Finally, mustering what strength he could, he rose to his feet. Death was inevitable, yet he would make sure that King Ghidorah would remember it forever.
"Go!" Biokamitra bellowed to those who had come to his aid. "Leave me to finish this with him!"
The others were apprehensive at first, yet he looked at them and commanded again.
"Suit yourself." said Megalon.
Spreading his wings, Megalon took to the air, followed shortly after by Gigan.
King Ghidorah, at this moment, lay on the ground buried under some rock in the volcanic region. This trapping was just enough to buy Biokamitra the time to recover and state his final decision to fight the leviathan on his own.
Finally, Acklairus and Chaoze moved away, looking at Biokamitra.
"You're very brave, you know." said Acklairus, looking at Biokamitra and the now slowly rising King Ghidorah. "Good luck and nice knowing ya."
Acklairus walked away and opened his back pod, revealing his wings. With a shrill wail, he took to the skies. However, he waited for Chaoze, who slowly began to slither away. Before leaving, he rested a watery tentacle on Biokamitra's shoulder.
"May the graces of Heaven and Earth be with you in your final hour of judgment." Chaoze said, a sort of sad ring to his voice.
"Thank you." Biokamitra said wearily.
With that, Chaoze sprouted watery wings and took to the air, flying alongside Acklairus into the heavens. Biokamitra watched them come, until a final bellow from Chaoze signaled his departure.
Suddenly a vile cry echoed over the volcanic region as King Ghidorah rose to his feet. Behind him was a massive pool of magma. Biokamitra's plan was simple. To ram the leviathan at full speed and shove him into the magma pool. However, all odds pointed to him being dragged in with King Ghidorah. A sacrifice he was willing to take.
With a mighty bellow, Biokamitra lowered his head and charged King Ghidorah. He ran faster and faster picking up more and more speed until he was at his top speed. King Ghidorah was close now, only a few more seconds till they collided. Biokamitra closed his eyes and braced himself for impact, knowing his life would soon end.
Just as Biokamitra was about to gore King Ghidorah with his horns, King Ghidorah rose into the air. The horns grazed against his lower torso and legs, yet didn't do anything close to what Biokamitra had wished. Instead, Biokamitra ran full speed directly into the magma pool. With cries and screams of pain, the flames consumed his body. King Ghidorah grinned and flew off. His next goal: world domination.

Meanwhile, in Dogolas' realm, the two forces still continued to fight. By now, both Crypto and Mothra Leo were badly wounded. The two glared at each other and with a cry from both, gave a final charge. Crypto ran at Mothra Leo, his mouth open and ready to release an energy blast and then tear into the insect. Mothra Leo, on the other hand, charged all of his weapons to maximum power.
The two drew closer and closer, their hatred growing with each passing inch. Saliva flowed out of Crypto's mouth at the thought of killing Mothra Leo. Finally, the time came. Crypto released his energy surge while Mothra Leo unleashed all of his attacks into Crypto's open mouth. The energy surge tore into Mothra Leo, shooting him out of the sky. However, Crypto faired much worse. The beams went directly down his mouth and throat, and seconds later, the dinosaurian exploded. The last look on his face was one of utter surprise and disbelief. Mothra Leo weakly rose the air, yet suddenly collapsed again as he got him by a Paralysis Beam from Zigra from behind. Lying on the ground, he feigned death.

Attacks tore into the ground as Miereki and Death Facer continued to battle. Death Facer had grown tired of Miereki's insolence and refusal to die, so he decided to activate his Neo-Maxima Cannon. Charging up the attack, he looked at Miereki. Instantly, the Psychic Deity was on the attack, pelting Death Facer with every attack he could possibly muster. Beam after beam, orb after orb, all tore into Death Facer's armor, tearing away at the machine. Soon, Death Facer was dressed in a cloak of smoke, which quickly dissipated to reveal the extent of the damage.
However, Death Facer still charged the Neo-Maxima Cannon, and with a cybernetic cry, fired the massive attack. The massive explosion tore through the surrounding area, sure to destroy Miereki. Instantly, Death Facer looked about the massive explosion for Miereki. In the midst of the flames, he saw what looked like a blue outline of Miereki's figure, but nothing else, just an outline. Soon, it seemed to dissipate, as if it was merely blown away.
Death Facer was satisfied, Miereki was no more. The blast finally ended, and Death Facer turned only to be looking Miereki directly in the face. Before Death Facer could react, Miereki activated his Psysaber and cleaved off the machine's head. Collapsing to his eyes, his hands sporadically feeling about where his head should be, Death Facer met his end as Miereki drove the Psysaber deep into the circuitry. With a fiery explosion, Death Facer was nothing more than bits of metal on the ground.
Miereki turned to continue battling when Daijin moved into his way. Releasing a Psy Orb, just to get the monster out of his way, Miereki collapsed to the ground when Daijin reflected it back. Miereki released a barrage of attacks at Daijin, only for every one to bounce back at him. Already tired from his battle with Death Facer, Miereki collapsed to the ground. After being alive since the beginning of time, did Miereki finally face the Death and its touch?

King Ghidorah let out a cry of victory. The red dinosaur-like creature lay just a few hundred meters away. Despite his valiant efforts Biokamitra lay in a battered mess. Literally beaten to a pulp his blood flowed from numerous points on his body. It was hard to tell just where his red skin and his flowing blood merged.

King Ghidorah approached his defeated foe. The ground rumbled as he walked. Biokamitra felt the approaching instrument of his death. But there was little he cloud do. His bones were broken and his internal organs ruptured. His precious life blood flowed from wounds too numerous to count. About the only movement he could muster was the slow rising and falling of his beaten and battered torso as he struggled to suck in the last few gulps of air he would ever take as death lay just moments away.

King Ghidorah let out one final blood curdling screech tossing all its shiny heads back and up toward the heavens. The golden dragon charged up his potent, Kion enhanced gravity beams.  Biokamitra's end was indeed near.

But before the serpentine heads could lower and fire the huge golden dragon was struck from the back.

With a screech of surprise he fell forward. KG landed in a cloud of dust near the downed Biokamitra. KG was back to his feet quickly and stood facing none other than Space Godzilla and Zarkorr.

KG roared with rage as he flapped his wings taking flight and came right at his new opponents….

The incredibly powerful red dragon Enferno and the dinosaur hybrid Kaiju Fusion stood on the ground while three Battra; one blue, one green and the third black, flapped their wings overhead. The five stood facing another creature. One of the supreme beings of the Kion Dehadrayth Knights. It resembled Titanosaurus but that's where the similarities between Titano and Barugaron ended.

Barugaron had impressive looking shoulder spike that not only could impale a would be attacker but they had another even deadlier power which he demonstrated on the green Battra. Sizzling, jagged bolts of electrical energy bust forth from the shoulder spikes and arced through the air. The bolts turned in midair as the green monster evaded but the bolts followed right after it like they were heat seeking missiles. With tremendous power the bolts struck the giant insect.

The green Battra squealed in terrible pain and shock as the energy bolts exploded on impact bursting wounds in his exoskeleton and making great bursts of purple blood shoot out like geysers just below the left wing. With a stream of blood tailing out from behind the green Battra like smoke from a shot down aircraft the massive insect creature hit the ground with a earth shaking thud!

But Enferno and Fusion immediately charged forward to meet this opponent before it could stomp the downed Battra. Powerful energy blasts from Enferno and atomic fire from Fusion's mouth struck Barugaron on opposite sides of his reptilian frame. The blasts knocked him back but didn't penetrate his flesh but did leave singed and smoking burns.

The Kion Knight then turned and fired his electric blots at Enferno. The dragon flapped his wings and took to the air allowing the bolts to travel right below him. But the homing power of the energy reversed their course and the slammed right into the center of Enferno's back!

Enferno felt the powerful energy sizzle across his skin like a sweater made of electrical threads. Wounds that were self cauterizing from the heat of the blasts made ugly scares in Enferno's flesh as he fell chest first to the ground.

Barugaron roared in triumph and raised a massive foot to smash the skull of the red dragon but the incoming ankylosaur club tail of Fusion belted Barugaron right in the face and knocked him to his back. Immediately the Blue and Black Battra's opening fire on him and raked Barugaron's body with streams of high energy plasma.

Barugaron roared more with annoyance than pain and stood up just in time to be met by the incoming horns of Fusion's triceratops head. The two eye horns punctured the chest of the dinosaur-like Kion Knight but the wounds seemed hardly to affect him. Barugaron opened his mouth and bared his fangs that grew larger he brought them down across Fusion's back but were stopped by the ankylosaur carapace.

Roaring in frustration Barugaron raised Fusion up pulling the horns from his chest and tossed the dinosaur Kaiju aside like his great weight were nothing to him and advanced on Fusion who lay on his back rocking on his armored back to get back up.

Enferno then got air born again and darted in swiping his horrible claws across the beast's back laying open the flesh and allowing gooey blood roll out. But Barugaron seemed not to mind the attack almost as if Enferno was little more than an insect. The Green Battra was back in the air with its brothers and they too opened fire on the creature.

Barugaron roared in anger and some pain but was intent on getting rid of at least one of his opponents. Enferno swiped in again raking his claws across the animal's back but Barugaron raised his big clawed foot and stomped down on Fusion's underbelly and raked the talons downward. Red blood squirted in three jetting streams as Barugaron ripped open the flesh.

Fusion roared in pain and anger then fired his atomic flame directly into his attacker's face. Barugaron fell back a few paces shaking his smoking head and Enferno coiled his long tail around the beast's neck a pulled him off his feet to his back.

The three Battras then dove in lower and landed on the downed Knight and began ripping into him with their small but sharp legs renting the powerful creature's flesh. Enferno continued to constrict his tail around the neck choking the very life out of the horrible thing.

Fusion slowly got back on his feet fighting the agonizing pain of his wounds.

With a mighty roar almost as if he was calling upon the powers of those that had spawned him Barugaron stood up throwing the three Battras off him and grabbing Enferno's tail. Barugaron swung Enferno around by the tail like he was some sort of medieval weapon and clubbed the black Battra from the sky. The broken Battra tumbled to a stop across the ground. Then he swatted the remaining two Battras in quick succession with the green one taking a direct hit on its already wounded right side. The green one fell to the ground with a gaping hole in its body that spewed purple blood, guts and goo all out around it. The horribly wounded thing would unlikely survive the next hour.

Enferno whipped his head back to bite but Barugaron let go of the tail and seized Enferno under the chin and above the breast. With his fangs bared Barugon sank them into the dragon's exposed neck like some sort of hideous, monstrous vampire.

Fusion and the remaining two Battras moved forward to help their stricken ally.

Enferno screeched in agony as his blood…and his power flowed from his body into Barugaron's!

The blue and black Battras took to the sky while Fusion charged at Baruagon's back to save Enferno from certain death.

King Ghidorah roared in pure rage as Space Godzilla and Zarkorr interfered him his slaughtering of Biokamitra and fired a blasting barrage of twelve gravity beams all of which struck their target with six beams hitting each of the new comers.

Zarkorr and Space Godzilla were two truly powerful beasts but six of KG's gravity beams was an incredible force. SG fell backwards as one of his shoulder crystals exploded with a shattering spray of pieces as well as shattering pain through his entire body.

Zarkorr took all six beams dead center on his chest and the Space monster went tumbling backwards with a spray of blood squirting from his stricken breast.

KG screeched as he went after Space Godzilla first and began stomping his massive feet down into the back seeking to break his enemy's spine. He may very well have done just that had Zarkorr not struggled up and fired his energy rays into King Ghidrah's back.
KG turned in Zarkorr more annoyed than hurt and fired the deadly barrage of gravity beams again and this time Zarkorr took all 12 shots that struck him from head to legs opening up wounds and making blood gush from numerous places.

KG took to the sky and flew at him and snaked is long forked tail out and around Zarkorr's neck and began choking the life out of him.

Zarkorr thrashed and struggled but could not free himself and his life force began to fade.

Deathbeast and Ultrizard in search of the other red dragon, Putricus are having troubles of their own. They simply don't know it yet.

The demonic duo of Gelynn and Heldarr watch them from a safe distance. As soon as their unsuspecting victims were in range Heldarr let loose with a mournful cry that was his moon bark attack.

Deathbeast and Ultrizard had heard this sound before and knew what was happening. Heldarr was near but they had no idea where. Heldarr's moon bark brought forth a showering rain of dark energy upon the two. Had they been less powerful creatures the rain would had killed them. But the moon bark had its desired effect and weakened both severely.

Deathbeast and Ultrizird formed a defensive back to back stand as the searched for their attackers.

But soon Gelynn made his presence known firing two powerful energy bursts each one hitting one of the ambushed duo.

Deathbeast was struck in the neck and he fell to his side with a pain filled scream as blood ran down his neck and shoulder. Ultrizard was hit dead center of his chest and he too let out a cry of agony as the bolt of pure energy sliced through his flesh and went into a lung. He fell to his side as blood bubbled up and out his mouth the result of his chest wound.

Heldarr stood from a distance quite pleased with himself. He gathered his strength and watched as Ultrizard and Deathbeast valiantly got back to their feet. But Heldarr let loose with his powerful turbo terra beam and the wide arching blast of energy covered the entire area where the two stood. Both Ultrizard and Deathbeast were blown off their feet and sent rolling a few hundred yards as the small but incredibly powerful demonic wolf-like monsters unloaded on them.

Gelynn cheered his compatriot on as he took began raining shot after shot into the heaping lumps of tortured flesh that was he weakened and slowly but surely dying Deathbeast and Ultrizard. Gelynn and Heldarr both knew they had been successful in stopping these two annoyances to the cause in which they were engaged. They took great satisfaction in knowing that their new dark master would be highly appreciative and both wondered what rewards would be bestowed upon them.

King Ghidorah stood alone among the destroyed ruins of what was a great forest. Around him lay his not quite vanquished opponents. Space Godzilla lay on his side. The crystalline spires that once sat majestically on his shoulders were now nothing but shattered and smoldering chunks of ruin. Blood ran from numerous wounds on his chest and neck.

Across the battlefield lay Zarkorr. The once mighty space Kaiju didn't look the least bit mighty now as he laid in a spreading pool of his own blood, a gaping hole in the center of his chest the main cause for his blood loss. He had fought valiantly in the struggle but now all hope for his survival seemed lost.

Last Biokamitra amazingly still clung to life. Totally brutalized the red Tyrannosaur-like monster also laid in a puddle of his own red blood. His jaw appeared to be broken and a sizeable hole in his stomach allowed a pile of gory entails to spill through making a steaming mound outside his body.

King Ghidorah appeared to be just what his name implied, a King. The king then advanced on Space Godzilla having decided that he would be the first to feel the cold chill of death by his hand.

King Ghidorah stood posed with a missive foot ready to come down and crush the space Kaiju's skull when suddenly King Ghidorah was raked from head….make that heads to toe with a half dozen blasts of energy.

The streaking streams of red, yellow and blue light sizzled and alternately exploded on contact with his golden scales. With a screech KG was blown backwards sparing Space Godzilla a gruesome end.

King Ghidorah stood and faced not one, not two, not even three or four new opponents but five!

Megaguirus hovered angrily and next to her stood melba and then to his side stood the impressive trio known as Team Destroyer.

But if King Ghidorah was the least bit fearful he did not show it. Instead he screeched a scream of anger that could be heard a hundred miles distant and charged his new opponents with all twelve of his golden heads firing forth their destructive gravity beams.

The five new monsters responded in kind and charged to meet him. The collision could be head for miles too as could the new screams of terror and pain.

King Ghidorah was indeed powerful but now facing a combined total of 8 Kaiju and five being totally fresh he was finally slowed down if not stopped altogether.

Yonggary, the ancient Kaiju of Korea squared off with what was perhaps the most diabolical of all Dogolas' minions it was the dreaded King of Mons. Not only could this hideous beast withstand powerful assaults by virtue of his tough skin but could also repel attacks by creating a force field around himself.

Yonggary let loose with a salvo of powerful fireballs yet the King of Mons (KOM) initiated his force field and the deadly fire balls washed over it harmlessly. KON laughed as Yonggary stood almost as if in disbelief. He was left with little recourse but to attack head on with tooth and claw.

KOM stood read and as Yonggary attacked the vile creature swatted the Korean Kaiju aside as he were an annoyance. Yonggary skidded to a stop against a mountain side with a few boulders falling on top of him.

Momentarily stunned the King fired a powerful energy blast from his gaping maw that struck the ground in front of Yonggary making the earth split open. Fire and lava spewed up from the hole and threatened to engulf Yonggary in its fiery inferno. But Yonggary sprang away from the gap and the fire and lava flowed without burning him.

Yonggary landed on the surprised back of the King and began ripping and clawing with all his might. Even the KOM's tough hide could not totally resist Yonggary's strength and soon some wounds were flowing red.

KOM shrieked in anger and a little pain as he flung Yonggary toward the lava pool again.

But Yonggary used his amazing agility and avoided being burned again and leapt over the hot lava and onto the mountain side. He batted a few boulders with his tail like a little leaguer hit a T-ball and the boulders pelted KOM in the face exploding into dust on impact.

KOM roared in anger and had to drop his force field in order to get in at Yonggary. He fired another blast that struck the mountain right where Yonggary had been just a moment before jumping away. Again more lava flowed from the impact site and Yonggary leapt upon the thing's back ripping and clawing.

But King of Mons was not ready to retreat, not by a long shot. He snatched the dragon off his back and threw him, or at least though he did. Yonggary stayed attached to the horrible thing with tooth and claw embedded in its thick hide.

King of Mons howled in pain and reached back pounding on Yonggary with all his might. But somehow Yonggary knew this fight was for something much larger than himself and refused to yield.

It was then King of Mons knew he was fighting no ordinary Kaiju and knew he would have to use no ordinary means. Gathering up his strength reserves he finally did manage to flip Yonggary off his back. Then, as Yonggary lay stunned the strange, powerful beast became surrounded by a veil of glowing energy and from his very body came forth two new creatures. One was called Bajilis powerful in its own right but lacked the water that was its true environment. The second was called Skyulla, this monster had a pair of impressive looking wings and arms that were nothing but giant scythes that put even Gigan's to shame. These scythe-like arms were slightly more curved and came to even sharper looking points.

Yonggary got back up shaking his head as Bajilis came at him and rammed his body into his. Yonggary fell down and fired a fire ball right into the thing's body. But the fire washed over it like water off a raincoat.

While he was engaged with Bajilis the second spawn of the King, Skyulla, attacked from the air and from behind. The winged creature came swooping in and sank both his scythe-like arms in upper cutting sweeps that sank into the rather tender flesh of Yonggary's armpits and hoisted the dragon up off his feet.

Yonggary squealed in horrible pain as the blades went into his upper chest cavity and through his shoulder joints.

Bajilis then proved to be even more unusual as nearly 75% of his body opened up and formed a massive mouth with rows of giant razor sharp teeth.

Yonggary even through his terrible pain knew a well placed fire ball would destry this creature if he got it right into the gaping maw. But Skyulla knew that as well and when he sensed Yonggary get ready to shoot one he dropped one blade from the armpit and rammed it upwards into the underside of Yonggary's chin and the fireball exploded inside Yonggary's own head.

The explosion and the impaling scythe made blood gush in torrents from the corners of Yonggary's mouth still held tightly pinned by one of the arms. But Skyulla tossed the wounded beast toward his evil partner and Bajilis caught Yonggary in that huge set of jaws and soon Yonggary felt dozens of teeth stab into his back and Bajilis held him firmly in place falling over to his own back and holding Yonggary over him flailing his arms and legs but totally unable to escape.

Yonggary roared in horrific pain as Skyulla took to the air and began darting back down at him with his scythe arms bared and ready to slice, and slice is exactly what they did over, and over, and over…

Finally Skyulla flew in and raked his razor sharp hooked arm across Yonggary's throat making a gush of blood come bubbling out of the wound. The throat wound along with a dozen or so that now adorned his chest and stomach made Yonggary look like little more than a bloody, gory mess. Guts threatened to escape his body as Bajilis tossed the defeated Korean Kaiju dragon off and over to the ground that soon began to show a red stain around the battered form of the courageous monster. The might of this Kion Knight was indeed impressive as Bajilis and Skyulla both let out roars of victory.

The four Eva units accompanied by Cybersaur were in search of a way to attack Dogolas directly and end the terrible war and bloodshed. As they tramped through the countryside Tomzilla piloting Eva unit 4 noticed something up ahead. He pounded off at a run making the ground shake as the heavy metal biobot ran with amazing agility. He stopped short, "My god! It's Godzilla."

DDB, who wasn't piloting Eva unit 1 any longer but had actually become the powerful Eva after his soul entered the biomechanical creation when Tomzilla killed the real DDB though not under control of his own mind at the time, came running up also.

"Damn TZ he looks dead." TZ lifted his head and said, "He's not dead but he is badly hurt. Let's leave him be and see what his regenerative powers can do for him."

"Um… guys" Said Vader from the cockpit of Cybersaur "We have a problem."

"You said that!" replied DDB

However Vader and DDB were both looking at different threats.

To the rear Vader saw the hideous, demonic creation of Dogolas called Geranda. The monster was a master of air combat and immediately took to the sky and screeched downward at Cybersaur. Geranda fired a powerful fireball that at least equaled Yonggary's own and the blast knocked the robot down with an earth shaking thud.

But before any of the Evangelions could go to their comrade's help the second threat attacked. The animal was as large as Godzilla himself. But the creature seemed to be some sort of hybrid between Godzilla and King Kong. Indeed that is exactly what Dogalas had done with this Kion Knight he called "Kongzilla"

Covered in the thick shaggy hair of King Kong plus sporting to huge forearms that screamed power and rows of pointed Godzilla shaped spines running down his back the monster let loose with a roar and charged all the Eva units while at the same time firing an atomic blast that was every bit as powerful as Godzilla's own. The blue flame struck Eva three and sent it flying backwards through the forest.

But Eva units 1 and 4 attacked with missile blasts from their mounted guns. The missiles struck Kongzilla square in the chest and the thing was knocked over to his back with smoking burn marks on his singed chest.

Cybersaur was meanwhile engaged with Geranda and not fairing well at all. Geranda had snatched the robot up off the ground and sent him careening head over ass across the landscape. When Cybersaur stood he was immediately hit with three powerful fireballs that sent him rolling yet again with circuits burning out and filling the cockpit with smoke and gas.

Vader coughed and choked but maintained composure and targeted the incoming Geranda and before the Kion Knight could get off another fireball Vader fired Cybersaur's plasma lasers. The streaking bolts of high energy struck right where they were aimed and shot Grenada from the sky before it could deliver another, possibly fatal blow.

Vader piloted Cybersaur back to a standing position while the wounded Geranda scrieked in anger at the robot and took to the sky once again and this time would finish the job of destroying Vader and Cybersaur!

Meanwhile the Evangelion units were having their hands full with Kongzilla. Monty in Eva unit 2 was knocked aside and stunned while Kongzilla drop kicked DDB then turned back quickly on Tomzilla piloting Eva 4.

Kongzilla pounced on the Eva and the two massive forms tumbled across the ground smashing all in their path. TZ finally managed to fend off one of Kongzilla's strikes and got the Eva's deadly progressive knife out and into a perfect stabbing position. TZ thrust the blade forward bit…..Kongzilla caught the knife holding hand and prevented himself from a possibly fatal stabbing. Kongzilla slowly turned the knife away from himself and downward toward TZ's Eva unit.

"Nooooooooo!" Screamed TZ as he was powerless to prevent being stabbed with his own progressive knife. Sweat spilled down TZ's face as the arching blade moved closer and closer to piercing the breast of his Eva.

DDB was back to his feet and saw TZ in a bad situation. "I can't shoot or I might hit TZ."

At that DDB pulled his own progressive blade and lunged at Kongzilla from the backside leaping upon him and driving the deadly blade deep into the monster's back.

Kongzilla let out a horrible roar of pain as his was stabbed and threw DDB off him.

Kongzilla turned and lunged at the one that had caused him such pain.

"Thanks DDB!" TZ said into his mic

"No problem",came DDB's reply telepathically through the brain of the Eva itself. Then he added, "Now if you don't mind maybe give me an assist here?"

But now it was Tomzilla's turn to repay the favor and fired the Eva's pistol. In rapid succession shells the size of Volkswagens blasted into the backside of Kongzilla and made him stagger forward. DDB grabbed him by each wrist and thrust him up and over in aperfect monkey flip.

Kongzilla landed with a deafening thud and now the Eva units had him surrounded.

But Kongzilla was in no way planning on giving up. It was either win this battle or die trying. The announcers of the MWF were prepared for the same outcome.

But from not far off the downed form of Godzilla began to stir!

Bolts of lighting that radiated azure glows, rippled through out the scarlet sky. Darkness slowly began to consume the land, stopping only on the outskirts of the city. The sky bathed the hellish city below. Only other lights flickered from within the city. Cries of war echoed on for all eternity. Blood had already been spelt and poured on the ground, which had already been stained by the death of millions. Streaks of energy impulses clashed with the surrounding environment.

It was war.

The dark form of Phantom Gamera shot through the air, flying above the ground and avoiding a barrage of plasma fireballs. The fireballs plowed into the ground, creating a forest of flames. Phantom Gamera looked back, his ghostly eyes examining the shape that was flying faster and faster towards him. Dark flames crept out of the back of Phantom Gamera's maw as the dark warrior continued to stride through the air, avoiding the large structures in the process. Gamera drew closer, flames oozing out of his jaws in anticipation of unleashing another plasma fireball. The black flames that flared out of the sockets of his arms and legs faded; Phantom Gamera whirled around to face the incoming Guardian of the Universe. Dark fireballs leapt from Phantom Gamera's maw, heading straight towards Gamera. Gamera kept coming, never slowing down as his reptilian eyes stared at the projectile that was only a few seconds away from hitting its initial target.

A plasma fireball blazed out of Gamera's mouth and struck its dark counterpart. An explosion that was a mixture of light and darkness erupted in a fiery ball of energy. Gamera flew through the inferno with flames clinging to his body, only to be blown away by the swirling winds. Flames blossomed out of Gamera's leg sockets, leaving a trail of smoke in the process. Phantom Gamera hovered in front of a structure filled with thousands of slaves. Dark flames shot out of Phantom Gamera's leg sockets, too.

"He's challenging me," Gamera snarled and allowed the plasma furnace to gather in his gaping jaws.

Phantom Gamera watched as Gamera came closer.

"That's it, that's it," Phantom Gamera muttered softly. He turned towards the slaves who looked at him, frightened beyond belief. Phantom Gamera cherished this and looked forward to investigating their charred remains.

A burst of napalm released from Gamera's gaping jaws bathed Phantom Gamera's face, capturing the specter's attention. Phantom Gamera turned towards the incoming plasma fireball, which brightened the surrounding environment. Just as the fireball plummeted into the apparition, Phantom Gamera dissolved into thin air and the fireball struck the structure that held the slaves at bay.

It was incinerated.

Gamera shrieked in dismay, sensing the life force of all those who he had killed, diminishing instantly. The Guardian of the Universe glared at his surroundings, hoping to spot the ghostly form of his dark counterpart. Instead, Gamera's eyes fluctuated on the form of Irys, who stood amongst the towering inferno. The streams of light that pulsated from Gamera's leg sockets ceased and the kaiju fell from the sky. Upon contact with Gamera's feet, the ground shook with a violent force. Before Gamera could issue a challenge to Irys, the Mutated Gyaos' tentacles already ensnared the heroic champion of Earth. The metallic tips at the end of each tentacle smacked Gamera across the face, slashing his flesh with one swipe. Green blood oozed out of his wounds and Gamera cried out in pain. But one of Irys' tentacles acted as a bat and with momentum, it smashed into Gamera's jaws with enough force to cause the lumbering behemoth to fall to the ground.

The colossal reptile slammed into the blood-stained terrain, which shook it back and forth. Gamera's claws dug into the ground and tried to support the rest of the body, as it struggled to rise. A strange disturbance in the area caught Gamera's attention and one of Irys' tentacles whipped through air, striking Gamera in the face and knocking the beast back down to the ground. Annoyed, Gamera's legs were consumed by dense smoke and streaks of light blossomed into the ground. Debris was blown away as Gamera lifted off from the ground, hoping to fly straight up and bombard Irys with a barrage of fireballs. Gamera prepared for the possibility, having plasmatic flames churn in his gaping jaws. But to Gamera's dismay, the dark essence of Phantom Gamera's black fireballs detonated over Gamera's shell. Pieces of the shell were instantly blown off. Smoke sizzled from the burnt carapace of Gamera's shell. Screeching in agony, Gamera turned towards his dark counterpart and released a barrage of plasma fireballs. The entire area was blinded by dozens of explosions. Flames formed large balls of fire, which rose high into the air. The ground was incinerated by the intense flames. Structures were blown to dozens of pieces and severely burned. Slaves disappeared in the inferno, reduced to charcoal.

But amidst the flames and impact craters, Phantom Gamera's dark form loomed unscathed. Streaks of azure light continued to extinguish from Gamera's leg sockets. Gamera was about to blast off straight into the sky, but two of Irys' tentacles pointed directly at the wound inside Gamera's back. Particles of light were sucked into the glowing orbs that were present inside the metallic tips. Sonic beams rippled through the air and ripped into the already damaged shell of Gamera. Gamera raised his head to the sky, eyes widened and painful screams erupting from his maw. The sonic beams succeeded in not only blasting through the shell, but also into the inner body. Sheets of green blood sprayed out of Gamera's back, covering the ground and the back of Gamera's shell.

The sonic beams ceased to pierce through Gamera's body.

Gamera whirled around and belched a plasma fireball that streaked towards Irys' form. Irys raised one of his tentacles and knocked the fireball into the ground in front of him. Immediately, the ground's surface was vaporized by the explosive might the fireball gave off. But the swirling flames hissed and churned in front of Irys' form, the light bathing the gleaming orbs on his body. Caring not for Irys' beauty, Gamera's boosters increased in power and hurled the reptile into the heavens. Irys' head ascended towards the crimson skies, glaring at his foe that plotted the next stage of his attack.

Phantom Gamera sneered at all the death and anarchy around him. The dark heart that resided in his chest was beating with excitement, as it sucked in the energy all the death provided. Unlike life, which was full with energy but was limited; the energy that circulates from Death is unlimited. For what flows through the veins of those that are alive will not always be there, but those that are dead and long gone, stays the same. Fabrics of dark light poised into Phantom Gamera's body, feeding the Kion Dehadrayth Knight with the power that flowed through its putrid veins. The chest opened and instead of being greeted by bright shafts of light, there was only darkness.

Gamera tore through the air, continuing to extinguish a thick trail of smoke in his wake. Green blood poured out of his back and on the ground. Parasites that floated through the air of this desolate world found refuge in Gamera's massive wound, feeding off his blood and plasma. Fighting the likes of Irys and Phantom Gamera would only be the end result of his demise. For now, Gamera's sacrifice would be in vain. But then Gamera's head rotated towards the area of where he last saw his foes. Darkness crawled around Phantom Gamera's gaping chest. Dark energy arced out of Phantom Gamera's chest and sped faster towards its target: Gamera. The dark counterpart of the 'Mana Beam' climbed even closer.

The Guardian of the Universe only had seconds to react.

But it was too late.

Gamera was instantly bathed by the dark energies of Phantom Gamera's version of the mana beam. It split Gamera's skin asunder and ripped the muscles away from his bones. Green blood spewed from all corners of Gamera's body. The painful screams emitted from Gamera's throat were lost. For what lasted for seconds, felt like hours of torture. Gamera's carcass plummeted towards the rooftops of the towering buildings. The structure Gamera landed on shuddered on impact, nearly causing the entire thing to collapse in a pile of rubble. Smoke was all that moved on the rooftop's surface.

From within Irys' back, organic boosters activated and similar streaks of light that would pulsate from Gamera's limbs were unveiled. The Mutated Gyaos soar through the air and circled around the building that Gamera fell on, like a vulture. All four tentacles pointed directly at Gamera's unmoving form. Next to Gamera, Phantom Gamera's ghostly body hovered through the concrete and stared at the motionless opponent. If the pale eyes of Phantom Gamera could show emotion, they'd be showing excitement. Nearly a third of Gamera's body was pumping out blood. From beneath the torn skin, Phantom Gamera and Irys saw the bones that were usually tucked inside, but now exposed. Even the cranium of Gamera's head had been split open.

It looked to be the end for Gamera.

In the southern regions of the world, lied a continent covered with ice. Frigid temperatures washed across the vastness and empty wasteland of Antarctica. Only a few living creatures thrive in these intense conditions. Freezing winds swept across a large field covered with snow and ice. Beneath the frigid terrain was a crevice that spanned miles deep. Unnaturally, smoke steamed out of the frozen ground. The snow and ice began to melt away. Cracks splintered across the icy surface, allowing steam to rise out of the cracks by the trunk load. Crimson glows pulsated beneath the icy surface. The movement of a gigantic entity became apparent as it stirred beneath the ice.

For eons, it had fought to break free of its prison. Placed there by the infamous Zog, whose reckless ambitions lead to this abomination's birth! The artificial conscience of this entity was prone to carry out the objective it was designed for: dominion. Dozens of metallic daggers broke through the frigid terrain, freezing in the cold temperatures that immediately shrouded their forms.

Only the creature's head peaked out of the ground. The land was beautiful, but deadly. There was nobody present. This environment could only support a fraction of the life that thrived on the rest of the planet.

It was the perfect place to begin.

Dorsal fins raked the ground as a subterranean beast burrowed through the battered terrain. Where the ground was ripped to shreds by the sharp spines of the beast, blood sprayed into the air, acting as if the ground was bleeding. From beneath the soil that was rich with death, Godzalla reared his colossal head out of the ground. Its scaly hide was stained by the fluids of the death that flowed through the soil. Not far away, Godzalla sighted its counterpart, Godjira. The two looked at the other, feeling the other's fears and animosity at all that is occurring around them. From all corners of the region, they could hear their comrades fight to the death with creatures more horrifying than anything they've ever imagined.

"What do we do?" Godjira hissed at his brethren as he kept a close eye out on those who might be watching them.

Godzalla sniffed the air, but nearly vomited from the scent of decay he had inhaled. Before Godzalla could answer, the ground rumbled from a moving object that was heading straight towards them. Godzalla and Godjira turned to see the four-legged aberration that challenged them. Rearing up on his hind legs, screaming an earth-shattering roar and waving his pincer-like claws around was the alien: Cykor.

Cykor's scorpion tail slithered across the ground. The horns that stuck out of the tip of the tail scratched the ground; sparks flew in all directions while the contact was made. With a bellowing cry, Cykor charged Godzalla and Godjira! Godzalla's spines sparkled with nuclear power and sheets of thermonuclear flame sprayed out of the monster's mouth, engulfing the alien menace. Cykor's flesh was alive with radioactive fire, but the massive creature still trotted towards its targets. Raising his scorpion tail above his head, Cykor released bolts of electrical energies from the horns centered on the tip of the tail. The electrical energies struck Godzalla with full force and rattled the flesh that covered his body. Smoke sizzled from every inch of Godzalla's form, escaping the charred skin that had already been ravaged by Cykor's power. But Cykor passed Godzalla's body, continuing to discharge his electric bolts at the iguana, but in the mean time Cykor was also running straight towards Godjira. All four feet of Cykor stomped into the ground, leaving footprints the size of public pools. Godjira opened his mouth, allowing azure streaks of light to manifest in the central portion of his maw, combining into a glowing orb.

Cykor became closer.

The orb discharged a stream of freezing temperatures, which on impact froze the entire upper half of Cykor's body! Cykor stopped dead in his tracks and the only part of the body that was not covered with ice was his back legs and tail. After being frozen, the electricity that surged out of Cykor's tail ceased electrocuting Godzalla. Thinking Cykor was out of commission, Godzalla ran up to the giant beast, hoping to take advantage of its immobility. But as Godzalla moved in closer, Cykor's tail tore through the air and nailed Godzalla aside the face. The giant reptile smashed into the ground, tearing it up with his back spines. As Godzalla slid across the ground, blood gushed out of the wounds Godzalla's spines pierced. Godjira watched his comrade slide further away from their battle and then turned to face Cykor. The ice that encased Cykor's body began to splinter and it wouldn't be long until it will break free. Godjira leapt through the air and clamped Cykor's tail with his jaws, ripping into the thick flesh that covered the tail. Godjira grabbed parts of the tail with his claws to try and have a better grip. But Cykor's tail swung back and forth, bashing Godjira's body against the ground.

Painful shrieks slithered out of Godjira's teeth that were fastened to Cykor's flesh. Godzalla gripped the ground with his claws and rose to his feet, only to see the situation his partner was in. Even worse, the ice slid down the slopes of Cykor's body and struck the ground, instantly melting into water that disappeared into the ground. Cykor rotated his tail and positioned it right in front of his mouth. Godjira still held on to the tail, oblivious to Cykor's huge jaws coming closer to him from behind. In the back of Cykor's jaws, cauldrons of fire stirred.

"Godjira, look out!" Godzalla shouted as he ran towards the two kaiju.

Godjira's eyes noticed the smoke that was forming around the back of his head. The reptile's nostrils inhaled the dark smoke that was being generated by scalding flames. His instincts told him to let go, which is exactly what Godjira did. Godjira's feet slammed into the ground, which caused bellows of smoke to rise into the air. From the opening of Cykor's jaws a fireball was propelled through the air. Cykor's tail moved swiftly out of the way, avoiding the fireball. The entire area was bathed by the rich textures of light that shined from the glowing sphere. Godzalla stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes widen but his pupils reduced in size by the blinding light. The giant reptile dove into the ground, rolling across the ground and succeeded in avoiding the deadly projectile. The fireball clashed into the side of a large structure, incinerating the building and forming a large ball of fire. The magnificent blast of destruction caught the somber eyes of Godzalla and Godjira.

A large shadow fell over Godjira's body. The reptilian giant reared his head back to see Cykor looking down at him. Cykor reared up on his hind legs, kicking his front legs wildly in the air and snarling down at the reptilian filth before him. Within only a length of a few seconds, Godjira sprinted towards Cykor and ducked his entire body down to the ground. With amazing speed, Godjira ran underneath Cykor's legs but catapulted his spines into the air. The spines sliced through Cykor's lower body, ripping through his legs and abdomen. Tips of the spines poked out of the other side of Cykor's form. Blood dripped from the jagged tips of the spines.

While Cykor screamed in agony, Godjira ran behind him then turned towards the monstrous alien and from the bowels of his mouth, Godjira discharged his thermonuclear flames. The thermonuclear flames latched onto Cykor's back and soaked his hide with blazing temperatures. Cykor attempted to spin around and confront Godjira, but Godzalla launched his slender form through the air and grabbed a hold of Cykor's face, tearing the alien's flesh with his claws. Cykor raised both of his pincer claws and thrusted them into Godzalla's ribcage! The sharp blades instantly broke through Godzalla's bones and caused gallons of blood to ooze out of the open wounds. Godzalla snarled in pain but still kept on fighting. Godjira still pumped out his thermonuclear fury. Cykor opened his giant jaws, flames slithering out to greet Godzalla's gaze. The reptilian creature struggled to break free, but every time he tried to break free, Cykor's pincers would dig in deeper into his flesh. As Godzalla's ribcage cracked, the reptile's red blood sprayed out of the open wounds, oozing down the slopes of his body and down his legs. The soil that had been retched by the blood of millions now accepted new plasma. Flames that hissed from Cykor's gaping maw bathed Godzalla's flesh, roasting the scales that cover Godzalla's body.

"When I'm done reducing your body to ash," Cykor grumbled, smoke extinguishing from his mouth. "I'll feed on what's left!"

A glowing sphere sizzling with flames began to generate from Cykor's mouth. Godzalla's pupils shrunk from the blinding light. Seeing his partner in trouble, Godjira ceased his thermonuclear flames and charged towards Cykor. Godjira pressed off the ground and soared high into the air, flipping forward and pointing his spines directly down at Cykor. The spines tore from Godjira's back and were hurled through the air, diving towards Cykor's body. As the spines thrusted their jagged points into Cykor's body, one of them ripped through his arms and tore it from the rest of the limb. The other spines sliced into Cykor's back and into his cranium, piercing the outer haul of his skull. Cykor hollered in rage, thrashing his body around, even ripping his last remaining pincer claw out of the area it had been embedded in. Godzalla's feet slammed into the ground, the impact shook the blood stained ground back and forth. Cykor raised his head towards Godjira who was still aloft and fired a pulsating fireball into the air! It seared towards Godjira and the reptilian behemoth had only seconds to react. From the center of his mouth, Godjira expelled an ice beam that struck the fireball and reduced it to a ball of ice. But the now ice ball continued to be hurled towards Godjira and struck the creature in the bottom jaws. The ball of ice had instantly shattered on contact but managed to deliver a painful blow, enough to render Godjira unconscious. Godjira's body plowed into the ground and rolled across it, being engulfed in a cloud of haze.

Godzalla's spines blossomed with radioactivity and the brave reptile leapt towards Cykor and grabbed the side of the alien's face. Cykor opened his large, carnivorous jaws and made an attempt to take a bite out of Godzalla, but the alternate Gojira flared a thermonuclear blast down Cykor's throat. The thermonuclear flames incinerated Cykor's inner throat and bodily organs, preparing to cleanse his insides to dust. Suddenly, from the area of where one of Cykor's arms once was, several tentacles sprouted out of the wounded area and entangled Godzalla's body. The tentacles squeezed Godzalla was so much force, even the reptilian's bones began to crack. Godzalla's now bloodshot eyes rolled up into their sockets and the thermonuclear flames emitted from his mouth ceased to burn Cykor's throat. Cykor commanded the tentacles to take Godzalla and slam him up against the haul of a nearby structure. The impact knocked the wind out of Godzalla's lungs and even then, the iguana had been struggling to breathe. The side of the building shuddered and parts of it tumbled down. Cykor's tentacles kept Godzalla at bay. From where the tentacles originate, ripples of light from inside each tentacle flashed and began to flow down their forms, towards Godzalla. Without a moment's notice, Godzalla was electrocuted by the electricity that surged through the tentacles. As Godzalla's skin fumed from the electrical energies that singed his skin, Cykor raised his tail and pointed it directly at the heroic iguana.

"Shit," Godzalla screamed as he was still be electrocuted, but before his eyes could be incinerated by the electrical energies that continued to flow through his veins, he watched the tail like a hawk. It moved gracefully, despite being a tool that would be the coming of his demise.

The tentacles continued to crush his body and electrocute him at the same time. It wouldn't be long now. Despite the pain and torment, Godzalla closed his reptilian gaze and prepared for oblivion. At the tips of Cykor's tail, where jagged horns pointed forward, electrical energies gleamed brightly. Like serpents resembling bolts of light, electrical bolts of energy rippled from the horns and sliced into Godzalla's body. Godzalla felt his heart stop beating for only a split second from the overwhelming shock. The bolts of energy ripped through Godzalla's flesh and reduced the area of where the impact occurred to a fried region of pain. Godzalla's body shook frantically, attempting to adapt to the agonizing pain, but it was hopeless. The saliva that once roamed Godzalla's mouth was cleansed dry. A painful cry rattled from Godzalla's throat, barely recognizable to those who'd recognize it. The volume of the cry was low, but succeeded in reaching the ears of Godjira.

Godjira remained still while lying on the ground. Godzalla's low-volume cries barely reached the unconscious leviathan. Godjira's eyes barely opened, staring at the scarlet clouds that remained aloft in heavens above. Out of the corner of his eyes, there were strange flashes of light pulsating faintly. The reptile's claws dug into the ground, scraping it as the beast rose to his feet. Godjira shook off the parasites that had clung to his flesh as he reluctantly slept. Godjira's pupils retracted from the unholy site occurring before his eyes. Seeing his comrade pinned up against the wall, helpless and seconds away from death, Godjira acted fast; an ice beam arced from Godjira's gaping jaws and struck the apex of Cykor's tail. The tail instantly was reduced to solid ice. The electrical beams that injected from the horns on the tail ceased. Godjira then waved his head towards the tentacles and froze them solid, as well. Stomping towards his comrade in arms, Godjira kept a close watch on Cykor who glared at him. With his tail frozen and tentacles sharing the same predicament, Cykor was unable to move. It was as if frozen daggers replaced his tentacles and were sticking into his body. Moving would only bring pain to the demented alien.

"You okay?" Godjira said to Godzalla, who was still pinned up against a wall.

Godzalla was covered with flesh horribly burned. The lizard struggled to breathe, while looking down at Godjira. Godzalla gave a painful grin.

"Alright, bad question," Godjira replied and examined the frozen tentacles. He then turned back at Cykor, who was preparing to find a way out of this mess. "Can you fire your projectile?"

Godzalla's eyes ascended to the crimson skies. He pondered if it were still possible and decided to give it a shot. The walls that held Godzalla's spines in place began to melt from the blazing temperatures that were being radiated. Godzalla barely succeeded in opening his mouth, which became a paradise for thermonuclear flames to be present. Gathering the strength that had nearly been sapped from his body, Godzalla fired his thermonuclear blast out of his jaws and struck Cykor's face. While the flames ate away at his thick flesh, Cykor was more occupied at trying to get out of the quagmire he was in. Raising his tail took all the strength he had, it being frozen tripled its mass. With it finally raised, Cykor slammed it against the ground and shattered the ice that constricted his tail. Godjira knew there wasn't much time left. Concentrating on a spine that resided on his back, Godjira bent over and barely popped it out. It glided through the air and came back down, into Godjira's hand. Using it as if it were a blade, Godjira sliced through the frozen tentacles. He succeeded in chopping them all in two. The aftermath leads to Godzalla from falling to the ground, breaking free of what had succeeded in constricting him. By falling to the ground, Godzalla stopped firing his own thermonuclear flame. Cykor turned towards the frozen tentacles that were still attached to his body. Raising one of his pincer claws, Cykor slashed the frigid tentacles away from his body. No longer distracted, Cykor's eyes found the two monsters: Godjira and Godzalla. Fury was all that could describe the emotion in Cykor's eyes.

"Now it is my turn to burn you," Cykor snarled with flames churning in the back of his maw.

Side by side, Godzalla and Godjira struggled to summon all the momentum that was left in their bodies. The spines aligned down their backs blossomed with a radioactive fury, the likes none had ever seen. A combined thermonuclear blast flared from their mouths and lashed into Cykor's unholy form. The blood drenched soil was hammered by the twin sheets of flame that burned its surface. Cykor screamed a painful cry as his skin was burned by the thermonuclear flames that ate away at his body. But despite the pain that bit at his mind, the rampaging beast charged towards the two monsters that had engulfed his entire body. The ground shook as all four feet collided with the soil, leaving pool-sized footprints in Cykor's wake. Cykor's mouth had been kept shut, allowing his own flames to gather and increase in power, deep within the back of his maw. Godzalla felt his body slowly go numb, thanks to the exhaustion he had already received from Cykor's wrath; but still the courageous creature gave a Herculean effort.

From behind the curtains of radioactive fire, Cykor burst with vengeance, slashing the air with his pincer claws and releasing a bellowing roar that shook the ground. Godzalla and Godjira ceased firing their thermonuclear flames and backed away from the raging leviathan. Cykor had his entire upper body swinging in the air, screeching terrifying sounds. As the two monsters retreated, Cykor slammed his upper body back down into the ground of where they once were, splitting the ground asunder and sending pieces of the ground hurling through the air. Now Godjira and Godzalla were spread out, preparing for a counter-attack, but the flames that hissed and burned in Cykor's maw was propelled towards one of them: Godjira. Godzalla's reptilian eyes gazed at his ally, seeing the large structure looming behind him and the glowing essence of the sphere heading faster and faster…

On impact a haze of dust and smoke covered Godzalla's vision. The giant reptile struggled to try and find his partner, but instead his nervous eyes found a smoldering crater. Half of the large structure had been severely burnt and crippled. Rage filled the mind of Godzalla as the reptilian leviathan felt atomic energy pulsate through his spines and up his throat. Thermonuclear flames that bathed the land with its green glow, lashed out of Godzalla's jaws and rushed through Cykor's mouth and down his throat. Godzalla was literally pouring radioactive flames into Cykor's insides! Cykor walked towards Godzalla, trying to avoid the lizard's fearsome flames. Despite succeeding in marching towards the flame-spouting reptile, the insides of the alien continued to melt. Cykor closed his mouth at last, feeling his lips burn from Godzalla's thermonuclear power. Unable to breathe, Cykor reluctantly opened his mouth again, allowing the radioactive flames to slither back into his body. It would only be seconds until Cykor was close enough to dig his claws into Godzalla's body, until spines burst from beneath the ground and catapulted straight into Cykor's underbelly! Blood spewed forth from Cykor's wounds the spines inflicted, pouring into the blood-infested ground. It didn't take long for the thermonuclear flames extinguished from Godzalla's mouth to burst out of the wounds the spines had carved in Cykor's underbelly.

A horrible scream generated from Cykor's body. The alien's body disintegrated in a cloud of golden particles. A shockwave rippled in all directions, raining Cykor's body parts down from the sky. Godjira burst from beneath the blood-soaked soil, allowing the ashes of Cykor's remains to cover his body.

"Nice work," Godzalla said in admiration to his partner.

Godjira nodded his head and tried to breathe in oxygen into his lungs.

"I wish the air wasn't tainted with dead, otherwise a breath of fresh air would be relaxing…" Godjira muttered as he stumbled towards the side of a building. "We rest before we return to battle."

Godzalla agreed.

War had saturated the torn city with its animosity. Creatures from all corners of life had met in battle and hollered in pain. The battles foreseen were grim; the battles tainted by darkness and unseen to the eyes of the beholder were a lot worse. Cascades of light comprised of kinetic energies, streaked across the scarlet skies. The ongoing war seemed to amuse the elements in this forsaken world.

Strolling through the bowels of the ominous city on all fours was the elemental warrior of the Kion Dehadrayth: Balkzardan. With each stride, wind swept through the area, blowing gently against the aberration. Balkzardan's magnificent eyes surveyed the landscape. The ground shuddered as sonic vibrations indicated the ongoing engagements in the distance. Despite being a warrior of a dictator bent on eradicating all life on some planet in another realm, Balkzardan always tried to steer clear of combat. But even then, when ordered, Balkzardan would silence his foes and strike them down with his elemental might.

Balkzardan stopped.

Something had caught his eyes.

Standing on top of the rooftop of a large, rigid structure was the Warrior of Light: Ultraman Tiga. Ultraman Tiga's hands folded into fists, prepping up for the oncoming battle with this supernatural entity. Summoning the ancient power that circulates through his veins, Ultraman Tiga pointed both of his fists at Balkzardan and unleashed a salvo of energy blasts. Balkzardan swiftly avoided the energy blasts, allowing the streaks of light to strike the soil and create impact craters.

Blood gushed out of the smoldering craters immediately.

Like a bolt of lightning, Balkzardan streaked up the side of the building, embedding his claws in and out of the haul of the structure, until the warrior reached the apex and glided straight into the air. Balkzardan hovered in mid-air, looking down at Ultraman Tiga, who stood below him. Unknown to Ultraman Tiga, the entire structure he stood on was slowly beginning to freeze. Balkzardan's mastery over the elements will become a thorn in Tiga's plans on winning this battle. From the horns that stuck out both sides of Balkzardan's mandibles, electricity surged and formed an energetic sphere in the center of his mouth. Ultraman had no time to summon his own power to carry out a pre-emptive strike.

A ball of swirling energy was discharged from Balkzardan's mouth and approached Ultraman, illuminating the entire area in its piecing glow. A shield arisen in front of Ultraman's body and the ball of energy pelted the outer surface, trying to break through and succeeding. It wasn't long until Ultraman Tiga noticed the ground beneath his feet was solid ice. But it did not matter, for the barrier protecting the Ultra Warrior's body was faltering.

But Balkzardan's strategy was not complete. The temperature surrounding the ice cold building began to rise. Balkzardan, master of the elements, now used his mind to superheat the entire building. What was once ice now became water; Ultraman felt gravity push his body through the cold, murky waters, along with the energy ball. But it only was a second later until the water once again became ice. Balkzardan flew hundreds of feet from the icy structure and watched as the center of it disappeared in a blinding glow. The ice from within was pushed out in all directions, reducing it to thousands of tiny shards. Soon the entire building crumbled down. Ultraman Tiga's carcass flew through the air and hit the ground. The warrior's body sank beneath the tarnished soil, disappearing in a cauldron of blood. Balkzardan watched from hundreds of feet in the air, his eyes flocculating on the area of where Ultraman Tiga was last seen.

"Finished," Balkzardan sighed at last and turned away. The elemental warrior flew through the air, until a bright flash of light caught his gaze.

Ultraman Dyna combined his arms to form a T-shape symbol, unleashing a stream of energy that lanced into Balkzardan's body and drilled him into the side of a nearby structure. A haze of smoke engulfed the scene of anarchy, making it impossible for Dyna to see exactly where his elemental foe was. Taking a risk, Dyna pointed both hands at the penetration in the wall and fired bolts of energy. The streams of energy lashed into the hole in the wall and blinding lights flashed from within as Dyna's attacks detonated. A full minute went by as Dyna continued to unleash a barrage of energy attacks, hoping each and every streak of energy had struck its target. Finally, Dyna ceased fire and watched…

…The wait wasn't long.

From the opening in the wall, lightning bolts seized the opportunity and flared outwards, heading straight towards Dyna. The bolts of lightning collided with the Warrior of Light and knocked him off his feet. At the same time, the scarlet skies above erupted with the same piercing bolts of lightning, striking the fallen Dyna in its full fury. Floating out of the crevasse in the wall, his body flowing with energy as it produced bolts of lightning was none other than Balkzardan! The eerie eyes of this godlike being with control over the elements looked down upon Dyna's body as it was being electrocuted. Dyna's body squirmed from the electricity that flowed through his veins. During the moments of pain, an idea popped in Dyna's head.

The Ultraman understood what to do.

Using the light that was bathed off of the bolts of lightning, Dyna grew stronger and no longer felt any pain. The Ultraman jumped to his feet, feeling the light surging through his body and making him stronger. The Ultraman's eyes blossomed with pulsating power. Dyna looked up at Balkzardan and stuck up both of his hands over his head, manipulating the lightning bolts over his head and forming it into a glowing sphere. Seeing his opponent no longer was feeling pain from his fury, Balkzardan stopped feeding Ultraman Dyna and began to wonder exactly what his opponent had planned. From the glowing sphere, a manifestation of power leapt out and headed straight for Balkzardan! Balkzardan flew out of the way and watched as the energetic assault struck the building that had already suffered the testament of their power and disappeared in a blinding explosion.

Balkzardan slowly flew down to the ground, dodging debris that had flew through the air. As all four feet touched the ground, Balkzardan began to re-think his strategy with this new opponent.

"I underestimated you," Balkzardan said in a serious tone, never taking his eyes off of Ultraman Dyna. "That won't happen again."

But from beneath the ground underneath Balkzardan, Ultraman Tiga's fist burst through the ground and struck Balkzardan's abdomen! Balkzardan cried out in pain, the dark clouds above crackling with lightning as a result of its master's pain. Tiga flew out of the ground, completely covered with blood and grabbed Balkzardan's body. Ultraman Tiga transformed into his Power Mode and with all his holy strength, Tiga rammed Balkzardan head first into the ground! A combination of blood and soil rose up into the air, defying gravity as Balkzardan's body was forcefully submerged beneath the ground. Ultraman Tiga released his hold on the elemental Knight of Dogolas and flew in the opposite direction, putting space between them. Blood was still all over Tiga's body, but that did not matter to him. In only a few seconds, Ultraman Tiga transformed into his Omni Mode, the burst of energy given off by his transformation disposed of the blood that once covered his body.

Ultraman Dyna walked over to his partner and both of them stood side by side.

Swirling winds swept out of the ground that had been split asunder. Balkzardan rose into sight, covered with blood that had been spilt by those who perished under Dogolas' rule. Using a combination of wind and water, the blood was soon eroded from his body and the 'Master of the Elements' looked brand new. In the bowels of Balkzardan's jaws, particles of light gathered and manifested in the form of a ball of kinetic energy. Giving no time for his foes to react, Balkzardan unleashed Hell. The energetic ball spawned a stream of hot plasma that melted the ground as it past overhead, evaporating the blood that tried to spew forth out of the ground and drying it up. Instinctively, Ultraman Tiga and Dyna combined their power and formed a shield in front of them. Despite having a barrier trying to protect them, the shield and the Ultramen were being pushed back by the pure force and adrenaline of the energy blast. Ultraman Tiga and Dyna's feet were literally breaking the ground beneath them as they both tried to keep their composition.

Luck was not on their side.

The beam broke through the barrier.

Ultraman Tiga and Dyna were blinded by the erupting power of Balkzardan's energy blast. Their bodies flew through the air, burnt and weakened by the unbelievable power they had just faced first hand. Both of their bodies crashed through a wall charred beyond repair by the beam's wrath. Tiga and Dyna's forms easily glided through the wall and it crumbled after their passing. Inside a large building, Tiga and Dyna's bodies stopped and they found each other in darkness. Both warriors felt life all around them, struggling to survive not only from the punishments and starvation they've endured, but also their sudden arrival.

There was no hope for them. This is exactly what made Tiga and Dyna feel regret and powerless. There was nothing they could do, except win this battle and go on to stop the horror of Dogolas. In the shadows of the structure that once housed hundreds upon thousands of slaves, Ultraman Tiga and Dyna walked out. They each walked over charcoal, which was all that remained of the wall of the building. Tiga and Dyna exited the building, only to find that Balkzardan was no where to be found. On guard, the Ultra Warriors were ready at a moment's notice to be on the attack. Strangely, in the deserted streets of the city, all that could be heard were the painful cries of agony in the distance, being carried on the currents of wind. The wind began to blow harder and harder, until each Ultraman looked up to see Balkzardan in the skies above. Bolts of lightning rippled around Balkzardan's body, while at the same time swirling winds generated from his body.

"What is he up to?" Ultraman Dyna wondered.

Tiga's glowing eyes were glued to Balkzardan. Whatever Balkzardan was planning, the result couldn't be good for either one of them.

It wasn't long until their question was answered. The swirling winds gathered and twirled around the other, faster and faster. Both Tiga and Dyna finally understood Balkzardan's motive: he was creating a tornado. The swirling winds began to rip the haul off of nearby buildings with ease, sending them flying in all directions. Soon, entire structures were ripped from their foundations. Ultraman Dyna turned away and attempted to fly in the opposite direction, but the twister's strength began to pull him closer. Tiga attempted to gather up enough energy to fire at Balkzardan, hoping a powerful blast would be enough to disrupt Balkzardan's concentration. But instead, Tiga was swept off his feet and was pulled into the twister. Ultraman Dyna's fingers forcefully embedded themselves into the ground, attempting to act as an anchor to keep Dyna at bay. Dyna used his other arm to summon enough light to fire an energy blast that streaked directly towards Balkzardan. But the twister pulled the energy blast off course and it passed Balkzardan harmlessly.

Balkzardan concentrated harder and made the tornado's fearsome winds blow harder.

Dyna's fingers scraped the ground as he was being pulled closer towards the tornado. Blood from the ground was sucked out and splashed against Dyna's face. Dyna tried to get a better grip, but his fingers were ripped from the ground and the Ultraman was sucked into the twister. Within the twister, Tiga and Dyna were dazed as they were spinning around in circles, over and over again. They both were flying through large objects, once apart of larger structures. Each time their bodies were slammed through the building material, it felt as if the wind was knocked out of them.

Not far from the tornado, Balkzardan was summoning another element he had already manifested: lightning. Soon lightning bolts joined with the swirling winds, surging through the twister, making it the first of its kind…an electric tornado. While Ultraman Tiga and Dyna were being thrown through boulders, debris and other building parts, they were also being electrocuted. The measurable experience went on for minutes, which felt like an eternity. Neither Tiga or Dyna were awake, they had been knocked unconscious by the poundings that occurred frequently. The electricity surged through their bodies, but their minds no longer felt the pain.

Balkzardan finally felt envy for his foes and decommissioned the electric tornado. As the swirling winds and rabid bolts of electricity disappeared, debris and building parts fell from the sky and landed all over the area. To the unseen eyes, the streets were littered with millions of corpses caught in Balkzardan's wrath. The Knight of Dogolas felt guilt and wished they had escaped life in a non-painful way. But such emotions the controller of the elements had tried to get rid of. What matters now is seeking out those who had tried to abolish him from existence and see to it that they pose no threats of any kind.

Flying through the air, examining the wreckage below, Balkzardan watched closely. Until suddenly, there was a sound of movement. Balkzardan swiftly flew down towards the source, preparing to unleash his full fury on whatever generated the sound. Covered in rubble, were long, jagged spikes that stretched out. For the moment, Balkzardan considered the creature to be one of its brood.

"Perhaps my twister pulled my allies to this position," Balkzardan wondered out loud, still thinking about being on the attack just in case.

Balkzardan moved closer. The jagged spikes barely moved, which caused pieces of the rubble to fall down the pile. Slowly, Balkzardan's eyes examined the shape of the sharp spikes. It seemed familiar, resembling that of one of those who had arrived earlier. But he just couldn't tell. Now Balkzardan's feet touched the tarnished ground, which had been ripped to shreds by the twister and was bleeding profusely. But to those who would be new to this environment, the ground was healing itself. Balkzardan was used to such things and continued to walk across the blood drenched soil, trying to figure out what was buried.

The jagged spines crackled with a strange color that resembled the scarlet skies above. The rubble that encased the spines began to melt from the intense heat it irradiated. Steam rose from the rock that was quickly melting. Whatever the thing was, Balkzardan immediately deemed it hostile and prepared to carry out a preemptive strike. But to Balkzardan's dismay, the planning was all for naught as a beam of nuclear power burst from the rubble and lashed into Balkzardan's body. The pure force behind the atomic blast was enough to send Balkzardan flying back into a pile of rubble. A cauldron of flame erupted from where Balkzardan had landed.

Rising from the rubble, exhibiting anger from its eyes was the atomic saurian: GxM. A relative of the Godzilla family, GxM strode out of the rubble and stomped towards Balkzardan. A thundering roar escaped the behemoth's gaping maw. The ground rumbled from the monster's fury. Its reptilian eyes gazed at Balkzardan, who propelled the wind to blow the rubble away and freeing his body from containment. Their eyes met the other, each sharing rage and hatred towards the other.

There will by no sympathy in this battle.

Neither would want it any other way.

But to Balkzardan's surprise, Ultraman Tiga and Dyna descended from the sky above and landed on each side of GxM. They three titans have come to defy the rule of Dogolas and Balkzardan's honor. If in another reality, Balkzardan would likely have joined their cause, but in this reality…there will be no holding back. Thunder and lightning crackled in the skies above. The ground began to rumble from the elements that began to manifest.

Even if Balkzardan was outnumbered, his power outclassed those who were now his adversaries.

"Where…am I?" A voice spoke amidst the surrounding darkness.

An odor of decay filled the creature's nostrils. In the surrounding darkness, the creature smelled a scent of death all around him. Even as he tried to move, pain crawled up his spine and stopped whatever chance of getting up. His strength had been sapped and the feeling reminded the beast of death. Perhaps the smell being inhaled into his nostrils was given off by his own body and he had already passed on. What a demise that would be; what a curse to forever remain in perpetual darkness.

'Your allegations are interesting and not far from the truth.'

What was that? Who was that? The voice was familiar. Only it sounded as if it came from within his mind. A stream of light shined down from the ceiling, revealing a small portion of the area of where the entity was trapped. The walls were literally moving, as if covered by millions of tiny parasites that fed off the dead. Thankfully, there were no parasites on his body or so he thought. Maybe he no longer felt anything; maybe he no longer could.

"Who are you?" he finally said, not entirely sure if he wanted to know the truth.

The light that shined down from the raptors acted as if it had a life of its own. It began to move and reveal more of the prison all around him. In sheer terror, there were bodies-dozens of them-scattered across the vicinity. The fluids that would normally flow through their veins had been sucked dry. A strange feeling in his brain told him that they were alive when their life force was being drained. Why was such a cruel death bestowed on these individuals? But what really caught the entity's attention was the fact that each and every one of those corpses looked exactly like him.

'Impressive,' the mysterious voice commented after the entity had gone over its thoughts. 'For a killing machine dedicated to the sole purpose of battle, you think in an intelligent fashion. Perhaps this is only an illusion and a one time thing, only occurring when you are on the brink of death and there is nothing you can do about it.'

Those words brought animosity to the mind of the beholder.

The light shined down upon another body, only this one was alive. Its eyes stared directly at the one who had recently awakened, but remained silent. Before anything could develop, the creature panicked and tried to cry out in pain, but the vocal cords in its throat were as dry as the sands in the Sahara Desert. Digging in certain parts of its body, were organic tendrils that sucked the life out of the innocent creature…

…that sucked the life out of Putricus.

All that remained of Putricus' corpse was a body covered with dead skin, no longer filled with fluids that kept it alive. Its eyes were rolled back into their sockets. That horrible smell of decay and death was given off by the dead body. But again, the entity that had watched the whole thing noticed that he was still there. The one known as Putricus was dead, in yet fundamentally he too was this Putricus. Exactly what had happened? There was a problem amidst, a problem that sanctioned the obvious: the thoughts that it had felt recently before being killed belonged to the dead dragon, Putricus.

If that were the case, then who had witnessed this unholy event?-exactly how did he hear Putricus' thoughts? These questions boggled the mind. Thoughts that generated from this Putricus sounded as if they were his own, in yet they belonged to the creature that lied dead before him. Now these thoughts he was thinking, were they his own?

'I have to admit, that was an exquisite meal,' the mysterious voice said aloud in this sepulcher.

"What is going on?" the confused entity asked.

Silence met the confused individual.

"Well?" he asked again.

Before the confused being could be met with an answer, the light that shined from the raptors expanded and soon the entire area was lit up. The light revealed a tomb that housed dozens of corpses, even ones he had not seen. There were parasites and leeches, billions of them, crawling all over the bodies, devouring what was left of the rotted flesh. The walls were moving, as if they were apart of a larger creature. But the strangest thing about the organic walls was it acted like a mirror. The light reflected off the entity's pupils and allowed the being to see his reflection. He looked exactly like Putricus, in fact he was Putricus.

"Putricus, I'm Putricus," Putricus muttered silently.

'Being Putricus isn't the only thing that makes you unique, Putricus.'

Putricus turned swiftly towards the only dark area in the tomb. Even if the light tried to shine on the darkness to reveal the voice originator, it was powerless to show exactly what was there. The tendrils that had sucked the life out of the other Putricus slithered into the darkness. Two prism eyes appeared in the darkness, striking fear into Putricus' timid mind and caused the dragon to be on the defensive. Only Putricus moved slowly. It finally occurred to Putricus exactly why: his strength had been sapped by those tendrils.

'Not exactly the truth, my protégé.'

Putricus opened his mouth, attempting to show his ferocious teeth. Instead, Putricus was greeted with laughter, a sickening laughter.

'Your threats are admirable and expected. But I suppose you would like to know what exactly is happening.'

The memories were finally coming back. Putricus was reminded of the source and exactly who it was. There was a meaning of why Putricus had arrived in this strange dimension. It was all clear to him again.

"Dogolas," Putricus snarled while gritting his teeth. "What am I doing here? How did I hear them…they…me…"

'Honestly Putricus,' Dogolas chuckled, depriving Putricus of whatever courage that still loomed in the dragon's mind, 'I thought you were smarter than this. But I suppose I better bring you up to date: truth is, I tapped into your brain waves and made you create genetic clones. As you know by now, you have a telekinetic link with each and every one of them. They are, fundamentally, you. All around you are clones who I had decided to feed off of. You are feeling weak because well, consider a comparison between a woman giving birth. Naturally, such an incident would render you tired.'

Putricus shook his head in grief and betrayal. Dogolas had literally killed him, dozens of times over.

'So now you are beginning to get the idea. I'm proud, I really am.'

"You fiend," Putricus exclaimed, angered by Dogolas' actions. "You made me suffer! I felt their pain and suffering. I literally died with them! Those thoughts…those thoughts I felt were…"

'Not exactly yours. Well, actually, they were, only they belonged to another you. Ironic, I know.'

Fire crept into the back of Putricus' maw and the fearsome dragon prepared to unleash Hell on Dogolas.

'Honestly,' Dogolas began, tentacles lashing out from all directions and ensnaring Putricus' body. 'You take me as a fool. All I was trying to do was stir up hatred in your puny mind. I see I succeeded, but now you are taking it too far. Let your rage go, Putricus. Only then will you remember…'

"Remember what?" Putricus snorted, flames hissing out of his fangs. Dogolas' tentacles squeezed tighter and now Putricus could barely breathe. The flames that had gathered in his throat dispersed out of his nostrils.

The leviathan known as Dogolas began to hover out of the darkness.

'Your heritage, Putricus,' Dogolas alleged politely, his prism eyes still staring emotionlessly at the dragon.

"What about it?" the dragon choked, trying to breathe and respond at the same time.

Dogolas' tentacles unraveled around Putricus' body and returned to their normal posture. Putricus flexed his claws and opened his mouth, spraying Dogolas with a stream of fire. But a psionic wave of power rippled from Dogolas' form and knocked Putricus off his feet. The ground rose up and wrapped itself around Putricus' arms and legs, holding him tightly. Dogolas floated even closer, now only a few hundred feet away. The prism eyes of the Deity burned with intense fury. They gaped into the orbs of Putricus, as if they were reading the dragon's soul like a book.

'Don't you feel it? That lingering in your conscience! You feel it, Putricus. You've always felt it. Put aside that foolish arrogance of yours and see the light.'

Putricus tried to back away, but the ground kept him at bay. The dragon closed his eyes, trying to escape Dogolas' gaze. But even with his eye lids shut, Putricus could still see Dogolas' orbs looking down upon him.

"Get away from me!" Putricus snarled, attempting to thrash around and break free.

It was all for naught.

'Why do you deny your birth right? Don't you see what I'm trying to do?' Dogolas snickered, his words slowly but surely manipulating Putricus outlook on this ordeal. 'I'm trying to help you. You are one of my brood; you've been away for so long. Years ago, I had sent you to Earth to bring it to its knees before my arrival. In yet, through time, you grew bitter and forgot your task at hand. The urge to fight became your only concern. And what has that gotten you, Putricus? A few title victories and creating a rivalry with another dragon! How the mighty have fallen.'

"I don't believe you," Putricus snorted, still trying to break free. But his strength can't even budge the constraints that had him at its mercy.

'I know you believe me, just you don't want to admit your imperfections. Reasonable and expected; allow me to enlighten you.'

Tendrils located around Dogolas' chest shot out and struck the cranium of Putricus. They dug through his skin and penetrated the boundaries of his skull, tapping into his brain. During this process, Putricus felt his heart wretch from the unfathomable pain that had been bestowed upon him. The dragon tried to slash the tendrils with his claws, but Dogolas' will rendered him helpless.

Putricus was at Dogolas' mercy.

Psionic shockwaves surged through the tendrils and into Putricus' brain, awakening deep and dark memories that had been all but forgotten. Putricus closed his eyes, trying to fight the unbearable pain, but it was too much. Raising his head to the ceiling above, shouting at the top of his lungs, Putricus roared an earth-shattering cry unlike any other. Even the vermin that had been feasting upon the corpses of those that had fallen absconded from the dragon's weep. Putricus opened his eyes and instead of seeing his surroundings, the visuals his reptilian eyes gazed upon were that of the past…

Screams echoed across a barren wasteland. Cauldrons of fire burst from separate chambers of beneath the ground, illuminating the area in its blistering glaze. Insects smaller than a cockroach, roamed the deserted plains of this strange world. They crawled instinctively, possessing no real conscience of any kind that could generate intelligence that would lead them to wonder of their own purpose. But every time a scream from the distance hollered across the land, the soil would shake and the insects would stop.

In a sky purged of all light and where darkness roams free, a lone warrior fights for his life and the one thing that matters: honor. Humanoid creatures with jaws of a spider, wings of a fly and claws of a mantis made their way towards the lone individual. Covered in darkness, the unknown creature attacked the swarm of offenders with his flames. Flames erupted from the bowels of his mouth and set the wings of his attacks ablaze. Shrieking in pain, they survivors attempted to impale their pincer claws into the dark entity's flesh. No longer able to remain hidden in the cloak of darkness, the creature revealed itself as a red dragon, determined to accomplish its mission.

Putricus roared a defining cry at the swarm of insectoid creatures that had come to stop his mission. Electricity flared from Putricus' jaws and struck the nearest insectoid. Electrical energies slashed through the insectoid's flesh, removing the armor that comprised its body. Smoke sizzled from its burnt flesh and the insectoid hollered in pain before falling to the ground below. But still the swarm of insectoids came, attempting to slash Putricus to pieces. Flapping his massive wings, Putricus flew directly towards an insectoid and embedded his claws in the creature's flesh. Putricus' added weight lead to the creature falling to the ground, with Putricus still attached! Putricus began to crawl over the insectoid's head and wrapped his tail around the creature's throat, cutting off its oxygen supply. Twisting and thrashing, Putricus' tail snapped the insectoid's neck in two and the dragon released its grip on the humanoid insect and watched as it descended to the ground. The dragon flapped his wings rapidly, gaining altitude in the process. To Putricus' surprise, dozens of them immediately entrenched their pincers in Putricus' body. Black blood oozed out of the dragon's wounds, sizzling as it came into contact with the air.

The dragon poured a relentless salvo of flames from his mouth, bathing insectoid after insectoid and incinerating their bodies in mid-air. Dust, the remains of those barbequed by Putricus' power, fell from the dark skies. But the swarm of humanoid insects outnumbered Putricus and even his out of control burst of flames didn't halt the army that had come to slay him. The cells that flowed through Putricus' veins mutated. It wasn't long until every cell in the body gave off intense heat; soon the entire body had managed to envelop the dragon in the fiery essence of brimstone.

The dragon was mortal by nature, consumed by Evil; Putricus' muscles had grown larger and bulged out of the skin tissue. If the insectoids possessed an intellect that would generate fear, such horror before their eyes would lead them to abscond. But such a thing will not happen. Putricus' amber eyes crackled with the gleaming essence of power-truth shall be told…Putricus would not have it any other way.

Flames parted from the dragon's jaws and instantly reduced three insectoid warriors to charcoal. The air had transformed into steam each time the flames of Putricus were unleashed. When vaporizing his opponents no longer granted the dragon a sense of glee, Putricus rapidly flapped his wings and sliced through the air, slashing his claws into the flesh that was unlucky enough to stand in his way. Blood splashed onto Putricus' face and the dragon's reptilian tongue slithered out of its mouth, licking the blood and swallowing it down his throat. The current of wind washed across the dragon's body, blowing away whatever blood remained.

The dark clouds that encircled Putricus were filled with the shimmering glows of lightning. Rain was regurgitated in the process, thrown at Putricus and quickly covering the dragon's skin with cold water.

"Damn it," Putricus snarled, cursing whatever God had sent the forces of nature to defy his upcoming conquest.

Putricus tried to continue the battle, but the rain soaked his flesh and weakened his growing strength. The bulging muscles beneath Putricus' flesh shrunk rapidly. Steam hissed with each rain drop that came into contact with his skin. Putricus' wings slowly but surely began to stop flapping and the dragon fell from the sky, bolts of lightning rippled around Putricus' fallen body. The insectoids ceased their assault and flew away, as if commanded to flee from a battle they could now win.

The dragon's eyes barely opened.

"What is…going…on?" Putricus wondered, closing his eyes immediately after being blinded by the rain.

Putricus felt gravity push his retched form closer to the world below. But then in the form of a dark tentacle, Putricus' body had been ensnared. The tentacle pulled Putricus closer, who was still being pounded by the rain. The constricting strength the tentacle possessed was enough to deplete whatever oxygen lay shrouded in the dragon's lungs. Putricus felt the wind rush against his face as he was dragged faster and faster to wherever his destination may lie; however, that path is whatever the tentacle would decide. Putricus opened one of his eyes, his vision vastly becoming a blur. But in the length of time of when Putricus is capable of seeing clearer, the dragon had seen where the tentacle is taking him.

The behemoth down below was like an octopus. One submerged in a crevasse, with boiling lava surrounding its body. Large tentacles sprouted from the sides, encircling the dragon that was being pulled closer. In the center of its body was a crimson diamond that represented the senses any human would possess: sight, sound and smell. The mammoth creature could see its prey come closer. South of the crimson diamond, gigantic jaws opened, revealing thousands of sharp teeth.

Putricus closed his eyes and immediately deemed this mission a failure.

The water continued to pound his body, soaking his skin and reducing his health. The water clogged his throat and the dragon could no longer breathe. As the oxygen no longer could reach the brain, the brain informed itself that it will soon experience death. It will experience failure.

Failure…

Failure…

Failure…

That is the only thing Putricus was thinking.

"Why," Putricus said out loud, being pulled closer to those mammoth jaws that would rip him apart. It was then that his nostrils caught the scent of something familiar, fleeing the scene. Who was it?-what was it? Putricus didn't know, but the dragon did know one thing…he was set up.

Knowing that was the last thing Putricus knew before experiencing an agonizing pain. Thousands of sharp teeth ripped into his body, pulling his body parts apart. The dragon's bones were crunched. Blood flowed down the creature's throat after being squeezed out of Putricus' torn up body.

…The dragon had perished in a fashion none would want to experience.

It had ended.

Dogolas' tendrils slit out of Putricus' cranium, no longer pulsating surges of psionic energy into the dragon's brain. The wounds they had inflicted instantly healed. Putricus had dropped to his knees, struggling to breathe and attain his sight, which had vanished amidst the apparition. The dragon's eyes were rolled back into their sockets. His inner strength had been purged from his body. The Galactic Dictator looked down upon the frail creature. A wave of glistening energy washed across Dogolas' lavender orbs. Psionic energy was building up inside his ancient form.

The crest on Dogolas' forehead powered up with the psionic build up and delivered a stream of energy, which upon contact, enveloped Putricus' body and made it glow brightly. The power of Dogolas rejuvenated the depleted fluid inside Putricus' body. His eyes rolled back to their normal positions and the dragon could breathe again. As the dragon rose to his erected posture, there was a flaring glow inside his pupils; a flame that burned with a fury of ages.

"It was you that betrayed me," Putricus hissed, his serpent tongue wiggling up and down violently. "You wanted me to die!"

Dogolas said nothing. He looked down upon the creature that once was apart of his brood.

'Fool, if I wanted to betray you, my betrayal would've been in person. Why would I go to great lengths at fulfilling the execution of a coward? No young one, I did not betray you; however, it was I that resurrected you.'

Putricus turned away, but in the opposite direction of where he had turned to, Dogolas hovered in front of him.

"And why did you do that?" The dragon angrily snorted, bearing his teeth and threatening a being whose power was limitless. "If your visions are true, then I failed at the one thing I'm good at. I didn't deserve to return."

The dragon expected laughter, but instead, he was only met with silence. Dogolas' ruby eyes gazed into Putricus' eyes, as if looking into his soul and reading his conscience, which wouldn't be a far cry from the truth.

'You were an important asset, one that would've been a waste to let go. Your services were needed. While you were not my greatest warrior, your potential was outstanding and I required a loyal follower, one that deep down inside would never attempt to do the unreasonable: betray me.' The ruler of this forsaken land said in a serious tone. 'You just needed time to recuperate and learn new attributes. So I sent you to a planet that I had foreseen to one day feel my wrath. I had cleansed your mind of the past, allowing you to labor on your own merit.'

Putricus felt the parasites crawl up his legs and embed their bodies into his flesh. The feeling would've been aggravating, but the current discussion had kept Putricus' mind focused on much bigger things. The dragon's instincts urged Putricus to attack the Deity with everything in his arsenal, even if it met death. But there was a voice from his inner conscience, which advised Putricus to return to what he once was. Whether it was his own voice or Dogolas' own in an attempt to manipulate the dragon, Putricus just didn't care anymore…

"So what now," Putricus asked, hesitant to say and regretting his horrid existence.

'We start over,' the sinister Deity muttered with power. The walls began to shrink and were sucked beneath the ground, revealing what was on the other side. On the other side was a huge empty space, miles wide.

Putricus sensed a living creature, one that smelled familiar.

'Face the one that slaughtered you and lay waste to its existence,' Dogolas sniped, 'then take your place at my side once again.'

The living creature waved its dark tentacles and opened its massive jaws. Light glistened off the crimson crystal that was present on its head. Putricus snarled. Perhaps the dragon should've declined Dogolas' offer and die a fast death, an honorable death. In yet, the instincts insisted on achieving vengeance that it rightfully deserves. Putricus stepped towards the mammoth beast, his reptilian eyes glaring at the leviathan that defied its rank in the Kion Dehadrayth.

'Honor the Kion Dehadrayth and your Lord, Putricus.' Dogolas spat, disappearing in the darkness that manifested around its unholy form.

But even when the Deity disappeared, it still could see the upcoming battle that could mean the death of his former pupil. Either way, carnage would ensue and the soil would once again taste the bitter sweet essence of fresh blood. This thought alone satisfied Dogolas and will make for an interesting show.

Confrontations on Dogolas' home world continued to shake the foundations of the heavens above. But on Earth, wars were a common practice. In the Middle East, Jihads reigned fire upon the infidels who dared to defy their religious beliefs. Sacrificing mind and body for their own beliefs, never bothering to question the actions they had already committed. But there was a price to pay for mindless violence. The causalities of war flourished and grew. People cried out for the devastation to stop tired of seeing their own friends and family members coming home in body bags. Every nation on the planet had been stained by blood, each having a hand in causing death. But where there is death and cruelty, there will always be innocence.

Humanity had tried to ignore the deadly arts of warfare. That had subjugated themselves to watching television shows, movies, reading books, CD's and other forms of entertainment. Looming in the back of their minds, seeking entertainment was away to escape their own reality; to escort their fragile minds to a reality beyond their own. A way for their unique imaginations to tap into an endless void…

So they enter a realm similar to their own, but home to creatures that could only be found in their wildest imaginations. Monsters capable of ripping apart an entire city with the utmost ease, defying the military that would try to bring the powerful beast down, but ultimately experiencing failure! There is a place in the world of where these awesome creatures have come together, ultimately trying to proclaim themselves the dominate life form on the face of the planet. A never ending struggle; an incomplete struggle, all for the entertainment of Man; a species that despises what it doesn't understand…

A storm brews ahead in all our futures, a storm capable of conjuring up our own despair and reckoning. Yet even in our own imaginations, we still strive to discover a form of entertainment. The monsters are symbols of our own fears and dark desires. Seeing them clash satisfies our own agendas, but never reminds humanity of the real picture: that they are the monsters. Mankind is the most disturbing, reckless and destructive monster the Earth had or ever will know. But of all the monsters, Mankind acts like the forces of nature; they are constantly changing.

But their verdict usually ends by destroying what they don't understand.

Even in a world of where the MWF strives to deliver a form of entertainment, Mankind still can't escape their own darkness; even in a realm of where our imaginations grow and manifest, Mankind's destructive habits reign supreme. Can we not escape the darkness that cultivates in the limitless void of our imaginations? It would be impossible, despite having beacons of light and hope pulsating out of their hearts, the darkness in our very souls is what reminds us all of what we really are…

A flawed species, still longing-or chasing-the favor of their existence in a reality mysterious since time began.

As the warriors of this realm's planet Earth fights for their existence from a tyrant whose justifications are parallel to our own, the visitors of this realm should be reminded: they are needed in this fight now and forever. For this is the beginning of when they decide to make this realm better and return to make a world from which they come from a better place to live. It is time to wake up and cherish your life. Expect the unexpected and times of when you will be sad, but heal those wounds with hope and the light will guide you to salvation.

Leave this realm and return to your own world, for the sole purpose of living. Then return and see a struggle unlike any other; an incomplete struggle that requires the integrity and imagination of us all. May your courage and thoughts flare a beacon of light that will blind all of the cosmos, proclaiming that we truly have a meaning and a purpose…
