| Earth Training Room You get a 800 HP boost and a 10 Ki boost every half hour you train here. New Namek Training Room You get a 700 HP boost and a 20 Ki boost every half hour you train here. New Vegeta Training Room You get a 1,100 HP boost and a 20 Ki boost every half hour you train here. Makyo Star Training Room You get a 1,200 HP and a 25 ki boost every half hour you train here. Dark Star Training Room You get a 1,000 HP and a 15 ki boost every half hour you train here. Arlia Training Room You get a 400 HP and a 30 ki boost every half hour you train here. |
| OK, here's how this works, everyone starts in the Earth Training Room until you get a pod or a ship. Then you can fly to another planet but... if there is a tournament while your on another planet other than Earth, you can't participate and if you already missed 1 tournament you have to miss another. |
