The system recovers the muds and gold in a quiet and cheap manner, the bags simply laying on a gravel bed, the oozing water running out of the fibres, capturing the metals, and draining back to the recovery pond. Best of all, the bags are WASHABLE! This means you can use a garden hose to clean them out into leach tanks, for tabling, or as this company does, put into a cement mixer with mercury, for amalgamation, then retorting and back to pure gold dust.
The bags are re-usable at least a dozen times, and can even be smelted, bag and all, with the contents.
