| Taken at LZ Baldy in 1970. Leon Nicholson on the left and Bobby Argenti on the right. Bobby would die from a command detonated mine on July 20, 1970. According to Rich McColgan another man, he thought it was a sniper, lost both legs to the same mine. Someone had told me that Bobby had taken off to Danang for several days without permission. One of Golf's officers found him and let him return on his own. Very shortly after that he was killed. |

| Rich McColgan on the left, Bill Rittenhouse in the middle, and a Kit Carson scout on the right. If he survived the war that poor Kit Carson probably spent a nice long spell in one of Uncle Ho's reeducation camps. Rittenhouse was a Sergeant in the scouts but spent a lot of time with Golf company. I was going to make some comment about how young the Kit Carson looked, but hell, the other two look like they are about 16 at best. |
