| Sasa Uli from Hawaii. Another of those hard luck Hawaiians. Sasa was shot and killed around Cobb Bridge on June 16, 1969. This picture was taken in the Cobb Bridge area. I believe the picture below is also Sasa. |

| Smith with an M-79 grenade launcher. We called it a blooper from the sound it made when fired. Somewhere or another I read that this one of the NVA/VC's most feared weapon. It had a pretty long range, several hundred meters, and was pretty accurate. Since it was firing a grenade you only had to hit within 10 feet or so to do some pretty serious damage. |
