Welcome to Mike's Golf Balls help menu. Here we shall demonstrate using pictures and the easiest ways possible, how to fill out our form and how to attach documents to your e-mail and send it too us, we shall show you it in hotmail.

First off, we shall explain the form;

There is the compagny the ball was made by (Type of ball)
Then the edition from that compagny (Sub-group)
Then the ammount of balls that we have of each sub-group (Quantity in stock)
Then Golf Town's price for the ball (Price of new)
Then the price we sell the balls at (Michael's price)
The ammount you wish to purchase (Ammount of your purchase)
The total for that ball ex: 3x0.50 = 1.50 (Total per ball)

And at the bottom we have a place to put your name adress and telephone number so we can contact you, and also to fill out the totals at the bottom.
Now that you have filled out the form save it to your PC prefreably on your desktop or in My Documents to easily be able to find it.

Now to attach it to your e-mail, We will use hotmail.Begin a new message and typer a little text if you have any comments for us. Then click the button as shown in the picture below.
