While living in L.A. I really enjoyed doing things like going to amusement parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Magic Mountain, (Knott's Berry Farm is excluded from this list because they don't have anything worthwile for me). I also loved the beach and liked to go camping and went out clubbing and drinking as often as I could. Since moving to Colorado I've learned to appreciate other aspects of life such as the Mountains, hiking, horseback riding, skydiving, bull-riding, white-water rafting, skiing, star-gazing, long drives along the countryside, jet-skiing, water-skiing, (camping wasn't as much fun in Colorado as snow fell on us in July on one trip and made for a cold miserable night, we weren't prepared for it). Anyway, living in Colorado taught me that you don't need to spend money to enjoy life. Now that I'm back in L.A. I can now appreciate the mountains surrounding the San Fernando Valley, which I had barely noticed before. Here are some recreational items on the left of this section. Also as soon as photopoint comes back up, (if ever), I'll post links to pix of some of my adventures and where they took place. |
