Born and raised in The Codroy Valley, Newfoundland, Gordon Cormier was brought up in a very musical family.
Gordon started playing the button accordion at the age of four.  Destined to become a stage performer, he has picked up many other instruments over the years including Guitar, Mandolin, Fiddle, Bag Pipes, Tin whistle, Key Board, Bass, Harmonicia and four & five string Banjo.
Gordon started playing as a solo artist at the age of seventeen and has continued for the past eighteen years bringing his style of music to people all across Canada and the United States.  He is now pleased to bring to you his latest recording titled "Tapping My Roots"
