This is every Ford "tin hunter's" dream; a cache' of vintage Fords from a 1927 model T roadster to a 1963 Ford pickup truck. The vehicles in the painting also include a 1951 Mercury, 1936 Ford tudor, 1941 Ford pickup, 1951 Ford pickup, 1938 Ford pickup, 1936 Ford coupe, 1930 model A roadster, 1928 model A sedan, 1954 Monarch (lucerne sunvalley), 1960 Thunderbird, 1948 mercury, and a 1951 Ford woody wagon. This original painting was the national first place winner in 1999 of the "Art of the Automobile" competition sponsored by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada. That venue was held during the International Auto Show in Toronto and Montreal. I once owned the 1936 Ford in the bottom left corner of the painting. The location of the cars remains a mystery. |
