Avro Arrow RL-203 at high altitude

This is my second printed edition of Avro Arrow RL-203. It depicts a high altitude flight with the after burners of the Prat and Whitney J-75 engines kicked in and screaming to near mach two, with 34,000 lbs. of thrust. If the Arrow had flown with the 56,000 lbs. thrust of the Orenda Iroquois engines, it would have been the fastest plane of its day, smashing all air speed records.    You will notice the extra red on the nose and tail of Arrow 203 in this image, as compared to the previous Arrow print. This was the winter paint treatment added as a search feature in the event of a crash in the winter snow.
