Here I sit...wondering what to tell you guys now that you've found my site. I could tell you how I do dark and disturbing Stand Up Comedy. I could tell you how, for a living I buy and sell Antiques and Collectables. I could also tell you guys that I do Paranormal Investigations with the "Wisconsin Paranormal Research Society". But that wouldn't be very much fun now, would it?....Gather round now as I tell you the strange tale of my twisted and unusual life.
I won't bore you with the little details of how I was born with a tail (since been lopped off as an infant)or as a child I cut my little brother's eyeball open. How my parents, also Antique Dealers, let my brother and I play in coffins. Or even how I had an 'out of body' experience when I had my labia pierced.
I will start with my Stand Up Comedy! I started doing Stand Up only just this year! I always wanted to get on a stage and make a room full of people laugh! What can I say, I love being the center of attention! I'd been entertaining for my friends at parties for years. It was time to take it to a larger audience. Since I am a Goth, I've been dubbed with the title of "Gothic Comedian". But if I were to describe my style of comedy I would use the words dark and disturbing. My technique is more of a story telling comedy. I talk about the very weird things that are always happening to me and give them my interesting yet slightly disturbing twist!
Since I am an Antiques Dealer by trade, I find myself constantly walking into freaky

situations. These are the tales that I share with my audience. Buying collectibles from estates while standing in the black tar remains of the previous occupant. Being accosted by rodents while digging through decades long forgotten boxes of some dead guys stuff in a barn. Standing in line waiting to get into an estate sale, breathing in the funk of my bloated, unbathed competition standing in front of me. It's not bad enough that it's 95 degrees with 75% humidity in the sun, I could always cover my nose, or turn my head so as not to breath in the filth dripping off of this pig...but I can't seem to tear my eyes off of the psoriasis flaking off the back of their head. These are the type of things that inspire my Stand Up routine....

As for my selling Antiques and Collectibles you can find me at many of the Antique Shows and Flea Markets across the midwest. Below is a schedule of some of my up and coming shows. You can also find me on Ebay under the names "juankim" or "phoebesweb".
I will buy and sell almost anything I can make a buck on. But I specialize in Arts and Crafts items, Textiles, Vintage Clothing, Jewlery, Pottery and Antique/Vintage Stuffed Toys.

As for my Paranormal Investigations....well we would have to go way back for that. When I was seven years old my family bought their first house. It was a wonderful old 1920's Bungalow! And it was haunted. That's when I realized that I can see ghosts. My interest in the subject of the Paranormal only increased from there. I'm a life time member of the International Fortean Orginization and a local member of the "Wisconsin Paranormal Investigation

Society" (that name is pending at this time). Our group is working on a new web page. I will post a link for that at a later date.

Lastly I can add that I sing in a band, am currently restoring a 1920's Arts and Crafts Bungalow in the historic Washington Heights Neighborhood with my husband. And that I love animals and we have two wonderful little dogs, >Gomez and Phoebe, the two other loves of my life!
I have lots of energy! (much to the displeasure of my antique dealer buddies while we sit in a car from 5 am till 10 am waiting to get into a sale!)
Talking and singing isn't enough for me so I also write! You can read an example of my work in issue #8 of "Morbid Curiosity Magazine".

Thanks for checking out my web page! I hope to see some of you at my Comedy shows or Antique shows in the near future!
